Jason Witten's son,Cooper, has committed to the Oklahoma Sooners. The 5* LB is following his dad to Norman where Jason has been hired to coach tight ends. This sucks. Go Vols!

Committing to Oklahoma was probably the best thing this kid could have done since no one was taking his recruitment serious, with his dad on the Oklahoma staff.

Curious question…is Jason’s pic still on the back of the scoreboard/replay screen in the south end zone? A Dale Jones, Chad Clifton, or Eric Berry would look great up there. Just saying…

A newer group, if they wanted to go that direction, of Eric Berry and Trey Smith would be cool.

Fwiw, I think Al Wilson may be doing more for the program behind the scenes currently than Berry from an alumni/ambassador involvement perspective.

Personally, I think it should be Reggie White and Peyton Manning alongside neyland.

Al Wilson's pic on the board should be permanent IMO. I'd much rather wait until Berry meets me over the middle than wait until Big Al met me anywhere on the opposing football field, and that's not a slight on Berry.
