Jerome Corsi -- an acquaintance of Roger Stone, a former political adviser to President Donald Trump -- confirmed that the Senate Intelligence Committee has subpoenaed him for documents as well as an interview.
The subpoena calls for Corsi to appear on February 6. He said he plans to contest it. His lawyer, Larry Klayman, said they are still assessing how to respond.
The subpoena was first reported by The Hill.

lol.....Trump is trying so hard to escape from that tightening noose.
Notice he didn't say a single word about the accuracy of Mueller's discoveries.
It's like the criminal screaming that his Miranda rights weren't read clearly enough.
You all have been saying that for over 2 years

Again, regardless of what Mueller finds, Republicans will coddle Trump out of fear. It will be up to the voters to take out the trash in 2020.

Witness tampering is the flavor of the day.
There will be a smorgasbord from which to choose.

You hit the nail on the head, flavor of the day. When the Russian angel didn’t work you turned to obstruction of justice then when that fizzled it was campaign finance and paying off a porn star.

All the while nothing of substance has came out of The Muells office.

lol....The Russian angle and obstruction are still very much in play.
You can see from the above posted tweets that the strategy is all about attacking the investigation and not the investigations findings. Tells you what you need to know.

what are the investigation's findings? how can they be attacked if they are not known?

Consistent with what I've been saying about the special counsel's statement on the BuzzFeed article--it wasn't so much about correcting an error as putting this issue on ice until Mueller's investigation is over.
