TrumPutinGate

Indeed.

And I would not be one bit surprised to learn that one or two of these lovely fellas had some small part in the 2016 election.

I don't think it's any secret the Chinese and the Russians hack as much as we do. I have a friend that works in cyber security in th USAF. He says they love to "reach out and touch someone" on a regular basis. I think it remains to be seen if the Russians had any bearing on the election. Maybe they were trying, but there were constant rumblings and reports I heard of a ground swell of Trump voters out there that just were not advertising as such and/or certainly were not being polled.

I know you love your little populist libertarian agent of chaos president. I would too if I loved treason and sheer anarchy.

But he's going downtown Charlie Brown.

And just like that, TrumPutin Gate thread just keeps rolling right along.

With no evidence. This is just more Democrat denial.

Thomas Jefferson himself said we must gut the government every 25 years.

How's it going today Dick Cheney? Going to go topple another regime?

A lot of us told the polsters to f off.

Have you talked about it much with him?

Not a ton and he did not get into specifics. But it sounded like many of these actors know the other is there and recognize their methods, so to speak. It's a constant game of cat and mouse where we are anticipating their next moves and how to Thwart it.

I wondering how we would retaliate in an escalating cyberwar.

I've not read this entire thread, nor do I plan to, but what is the argument here? That Russia hacked and released Democrat emails, or that they somehow hacked the election itself to give Trump the victory? People voted. Trump won. Email leaks happen all the time for one reason or another. Whether from domestic hackers or foreign hackers, or disgruntled aides, or any number of sources. No one ever seems to have a problem with it unless it involves harm(or perceived harm) to their party. No amount of complaining is going to change the results of the election. Trump may flop big time, neither candidate was a good choice imo, but he is the lawfully elected POTUS.

Turn around and walk out now. You have entered a house more bizarre and illogical than the Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Geez. His "wiretap" tweets are also obstruction of justice, if true. A president actively interfering in a DoJ investigation by trying to force public opinion.

So, as far as that is concerned for the Trumperatsi, he's either committing a clearly impeachable offense or is under surveillance - through legal means - for Russian ties due to probable cause.

Neither is what I would call "flattering."

Quite a little predicament our fake president has set himself up in already.

On a related note, I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing that he rarely takes his daily briefings.

I could go into great detail, none of which would probably make any difference, but let's just keep it simple. Read the first few pages of this:

https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/3259984-Trump-Intelligence-Allegations.html

I don't believe all of it to be true, word for word, but I do believe the majority of it to be true, and I do most firmly believe its overarching argument - that Trump and team colluded with RIS to spy upon Americans and to subvert our 2016 election - to be true.
