TrumPutinGate

It's amazing to me still that Donny is evidently the hill that many Americans are apparently going to choose to die upon.

Really, do you think the average American spends a lot of time reflecting on this? Or anything going on in D.C.?

Frankly, it's not very healthy to do so. If I had more of a life I won't obsess about it, either. But I don't so here I am.

You think Trump's presidency has come as a surprise to Putin? As if he didn't know who he was dealing with?

IMO Putin knew Trump was corruptible and when this was set in motion it grew legs and took off. I think Trumps victory surprised most people including Putin and the deaths of the diplomats are a product of numerous investigations about possible ties.

Yep. Started with Volprof, then orangeluvr, Septic, Sammy, Sin, and now you.

Don't short change me. I said weeks ago on this site that Trump would implode and not make it more than 18 months into his term. The night of the election as the nightmare turned into reality, I told everyone I talked to that he would not serve a full term.

He'll survive, unless some crazy like one of you guys shoots him.

So Donny is the hill upon which you're going to die, figuratively speaking.

That's a shame. I have always held you in such high regard.

Here is a serious question for you. What do you think is going to happen if what you and the other melting snowflakes actually want comes to pass? What if Trump gets busted and impeached? So what? That gives you and your other bipolar nimrods a chance to gloat on a message board. Thats it. You get to say I told you so in front of people you will likely never meet. Wow. What an accomplishment that would be. Lol.

If Trump turns out to be a bad egg, then so be it. I still stand by my vote for him. Unlike you, I am not some unstable, whack job that needs to gloat on a message board for some kind of validation.

Several funnies in this article, including this:

Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.), an advocate of improved relations between the United States and Russia, said he has told friends in the administration that Trump is being punished for clashing with the hawkish approach toward Russia that is shared by most Democrats and Republicans.

“Remember what Dwight Eisenhower told us: There is a military-industrial complex. That complex still exists and has a lot of power,” he said. “It’s everywhere, and it doesn’t like how Trump is handling Russia. Over and over again, in article after article, it rears its head.”

Trump is proposing that we pour money into the Pentagon. Why would the military-industrial complex have it out for him?

My greatest wish would be for people to realize they were manipulated and mislead by Trump and the right wing propaganda machine and would therefore be more thoughtful citizens moving forward.

We will keep that in mind. My greatest wish is that certain posters learn to accept defeat.

Nancy Pelosi:

“Well, I think that President Obama handled it as he received information of that — of the highest confidence,” she said. “I do think, with all due respect in the world for the press, that the press could have done a better job, instead of printing every email that came out, and saying this comes to you from Vladimir Putin, they were, hah, hah, hah, John Podesta said this or that. I think the press were accomplices in the undermining of our election by the Russians by not pointing out this stuff is worthless because it comes from an undermining of our election, or at least reminding the public where this — these emails, the leaking of these emails came from. So, I can’t speak to the timing of what President Obama said. I wish he — it had all happened in a time where the public could know that this had an impact on the election. A lot of things have an impact on the election. This certainly was one of them.

Of course you'll stand by your vote for him. Because you couldn't give a darn.

Now go squirm back over to ObamaGate thread to do some investigating.

Pretty interesting post for someone wth 21K+ posts on a message board.

Even more interesting that would stand by your vote for him if these allegations turn out to be true.

I have no reason not to stand by my vote.

This is a journey into the brain of the unapologetic trump voter folks, a microcosm of what it means to be a sycophant. The mental gymnastics necessary to reconcile being "right" in light of weekly daily revelations that Trump is a toddler posing as a man is astonishing.

If Trump gets impeached, so be it. He's done his job; he protected the country from Hillary.

Why should this be funny? It is a legitimate concern. You would think that Democrats, who proclaim to be anti-war, are making light of the power of the war machine.

Billions of dollars are taken from US citizens, just to be given to huge, corporate warmongers. You don't think they have a vested interest in an arms race against Russia? That same Russia that the Dems have been poking with a bunch of sticks as excuse for Hillary's loss and their (the Dems) massive party losses and meltdown?
