No, new standards indicate you simply have to feel that you can relate to being a doctor and so therefore you are a doctor.

For instance, I feel I can associate with being Asian, so you can't deny that I am Asian today.

She has interesting information, but man, she drones on and on, repeating it over and over to fill the hour. She could easily say in five minutes what she does in a 15-minute segment.

If true it would suggest that there was enough intelligence about ties to Russia for a warrant. If false it is Trump being Trump.
