TrumPutinGate

I guess that depends on what party was in control now wouldn't it?
Probably more than it should. I still believe that some offenses would be so egregious that it would cross party lines. And that's probably the way it should be. (but the absolute lunacy of the Trump base has me second guessing) I could shoot someone in Time's Square and my supporters wouldn't care. I thought that was an idiotic false statement at the time. Now I know it was an idiotic true statement.

I think both sides believe they haven’t found anything criminal. The GOP is going to pound their chest and call it vindication. The Dems are going to talk about a lot of the shady crap, which wasn’t illegal, and scream about how dirty the Trump campaign was. All theatre for both sides.

I will wait on Mueller for the bolded, but Knowing Trump to be a habitual line stepper on everything including his business practices , there is a high chance that the investigation will be able to prove something. With the success and ease the Russians had at infiltrating the Trump campaign and the cooperators Mueller has brought onboard, I like Mueller's chances.

I also think Stone will flip.

Well since you ignored what I said he tipped CNN off of the raid. And ofcourse he had the FBI pick him up. He is the one investigating right?

Mueller tipped them off? LOL, he's unemployed.

Dude, are you suggesting that Trump is so ineffective that his administration's control over the FBI, including its head (which he installed), is acting like KGB operatives?

Or maybe it's acting just like his boy Putin told him it should?

I am sure this was your stance with the numerous Clinton investigations. I remember all those threads you started demanding the end of wasting hard earned tax payer dollars on frivolous go no where investigations. You are a consistent man.

There were a total of 7 House and Senate investigations into Benghazi. I wasn't here then but absolutely no one on the Right was complaining about wasted dollars then. They were too busy cheerleading.

That wasn't a false statement, it would depend on who he shot.

The whole argument that you are advancing, "well The Muell didn't get him on the Russina thing but he's got to guilty of something else" is dangerous and is a bigger threat to the Republic than anything the Russians did in 2016.

He does..thats what happens when you were the director of the FBI for 12 years.......

It's still funny when you think about it in terms of, the Director of the FBI and a career lawman was fired by a guy whose claim to fame was being the star of a reality tv show where he took pleasure in firing people. This is our government.
