TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

It is what it is. Look at it this way, that information is closer to light. Nunes will make his way to fox to spill the beans.

So what’s wrong with seeing the truth and facts?

Why do ZERO Dims wanna fight to see all of a sudden, when that’s never been their MO?

We all know why, same reason you spew Nunes attacks...it defeats your political narrative. Sad. But true.

You know, you could just post a link to Hannity's transcripts and you could save yourself a ton of effort in re-typing all his thoughts.

Actually went back and opened the link. Thanks lil troll!
Now I can easily reference qualified legal opinions who actually speak out publicly (without fear of attack) to defend and protect the office of the president.

If only the donny could easily find qualified legal representation to defend and protect him.

Which is worse a Democrat/liberal or a Republican/conservative?

Being a business owner who leans conservative libertarian and is very concerned about the environment.....I’m gonna say it’s very close as I don’t believe the Rep who claims conservatism actually are. (They’re lyres too).
They both pretty much suck.

I really think they would have gotten it sooner if it wasn't Nunes wanting it. Just because he has security clearance given to him without any background check does not give him the right to whatever information he wants. Plus he was on the Transition team that is part of the investigation and has a conflict of interest that he should recuse himself.

Ummmm yeah Nunes is entitled to see anything the DOJ has. It’s called oversight.

Yep...she got the hell outta this shot show mess...I’m lead to believe Brand quit partly over fear she might be asked to oversee Russia probe. Can’t say I blame her if so.

Neither can I. I wouldn't want any part of this mess.

Still does not give him the unregulated right to see whatever he wants. Some things are above his pay grade. As I said, if he was not running that sham committee they would have already had it. I thought they shut down their investigation. Did they open another?

I'm sorry, I thought there was a system of checks and balances in the US Government.

My mistake...

He does have a right to this information based on the Committee he is over but he does not have the right to everything. I would imagine it would have to be subpoenaed and given release clearance. Maybe it was an invalid request since he "recused" himself most of last year.

Sorry it took so long but you know investigations take a while.

So, basically, you are saying the Executive Branch departments should be able to act in secrecy so long as they throw that "need to know" on the table.

Got it.

Yes. Its classified information. I would believe someone would have to have a need. Don't you think someone in congress would have to have a need. Why do you think only 2 saw it in a secure setting?

Take Trump out of the picture and look at the situation.

This is a document that authorizes an investigation which includes not only US citizens but the highest elected official in the country.

This is not sources and methods or plans for some secret operation - it is law enforcement executed by one branch of the government.

This absolutely merits oversight.

Exclusive: Inside the GOP plan to discredit Comey - CNNPolitics

President Donald Trump's allies are preparing an extensive campaign to fight back against James Comey's publicity tour, trying to undermine the credibility of the former FBI director by reviving the blistering Democratic criticism of him before he was fired nearly a year ago.

The battle plan against Comey, obtained by CNN, calls for branding the nation's former top law enforcement official as "Lyin' Comey" through a website, digital advertising and talking points to be sent to Republicans across the country before his memoir is released next week. The White House signed off on the plan, which is being overseen by the Republican National Committee.

I agree but Trump was still a citizen as well. I never argued otherwise.
