The point that refutes my understanding that Nobody can walk down the classified hall and start turning pages without a need. You didn't have a point to make.
Still does not give him the unregulated right to see whatever he wants. Some things are above his pay grade. As I said, if he was not running that sham committee they would have already had it. I thought they shut down their investigation. Did they open another?
He does have a right to this information based on the Committee he is over but he does not have the right to everything. I would imagine it would have to be subpoenaed and given release clearance. Maybe it was an invalid request since he "recused" himself most of last year.
Sorry it took so long but you know investigations take a while.
Exclusive: Inside the GOP plan to discredit Comey - CNNPolitics
President Donald Trump's allies are preparing an extensive campaign to fight back against James Comey's publicity tour, trying to undermine the credibility of the former FBI director by reviving the blistering Democratic criticism of him before he was fired nearly a year ago.
The battle plan against Comey, obtained by CNN, calls for branding the nation's former top law enforcement official as "Lyin' Comey" through a website, digital advertising and talking points to be sent to Republicans across the country before his memoir is released next week. The White House signed off on the plan, which is being overseen by the Republican National Committee.

I beg to differ that you did try to argue against him getting access.
Nobody is saying he just wanders into the FBI and starts looking through files. But as a member of the House Committee on Intelligence, he does have the right to request to read such things. And that whole checks and balances things does force the FBI to allow access unless there are significant mitigating circumstances.
You didn't earn your Citizenship in the Nation merit badge, did you?
Like I said you have no point to make.

Build your straw man and I will tear it down.

By law all classified information originates from a single persons authority. Guess who that is? All other authority is derived from the authority of that office.
So Trump has a lawful right to view every single piece of classified information this country has. And anybody he designates can also.
And dont waste your time arguing otherwise until you go read a bit.
So question to all the pitchfork bearers. Lets say Mueller finds the ultimate evidence. Can he indict Trump? By what authority? Can you find precedent?
Lets say he indicts somehow? Can POTUS be convicted of a crime? By what method?
So how do you all actually get him out of office if he follows thru on the joke and kills somebody in Times Square?
Well, things just got a lot more interesting in the Russia investigation

What in the dossier has been proven false? I thought for sure it was debunked.
