TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

You said election law forbids receiving dirt from foreign sources.

The dossier was compiled as opposition research prior to the election.

Team Clinton and the DNC received this dirt prior to the election.

Fits your definition.

In addition, testimony shows Steele was shopping the information well before the election. Signs point to a Yahoo News story in September that was based on the Steele info.

If you say it's only a foul of election law if said dirt is used (which is not the law) show me where Team Trump USED any foreign generated dirt (let alone received any).

You're playing chess with a failure at checkers

Officials in at least four countries have privately discussed ways they can manipulate Jared Kushner, the president’s son-in-law and senior adviser, by taking advantage of his complex business arrangements, financial difficulties and lack of foreign policy experience, according to current and former U.S. officials familiar with intelligence reports on the matter.

Among those nations discussing ways to influence Kushner to their advantage were the United Arab Emirates, China, Israel and Mexico, the current and former officials said.

H.R. McMaster, President Trump’s national security adviser, learned that Kushner had contacts with foreign officials that he did not coordinate through the National Security Council or officially report.

There is still no evidence tying Trump to Russian conspiracy | TheHill

“...When Trump won, the Russians organized protests against him. Objectively, the most direct explanation is that the Russians wanted to be disruptive and were seeking any target of opportunity to do so.

That is why I am skeptical. It takes willful blindness not to acknowledge either the lack of direct evidence of collusion or the implausibility of many of the theories abounding on cable news programs. None of this means that people cannot speculate on the existence of entirely undisclosed evidence, but some skepticism with the speculation would be helpful.”

A Maltese professor at the center of the U.S. investigation into Russian election interference appears to have dropped off the face of the earth.

The shadowy professor, Joseph Mifsud, first made headlines when his name was listed in court records unsealed by special counsel Robert Mueller last fall. According to the records, Mifsud told ex-Trump adviser George Papadopoulos in April 2016 that the Russian government had obtained "dirt" on Hillary Clinton and stolen thousands of emails from Democratic National Committee servers.

Since then, Papadopoulos has pleaded guilty to lying to investigators and is now cooperating with Mueller's probe. Mifsud, on the other hand, is nowhere to be found.

After Mueller's revelations, Mifsud's name was scrubbed from the website of an Italian university he used to teach at, and he abruptly quit his job at another university. His social media pages went dead and journalists attempting to reach him or his associates have struck out.

Chalk another body up for Clinton.

Mueller’s Russia probe zeroes in: When did Trump decide to run? | Fox Business

FOX Business has learned that Mueller’s team has been focusing on this detail in interviews with people who have been called to provide testimony in the probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election and whether Trump aides or associates violated federal laws by colluding in that effort to gain an edge over Hillary Clinton.

People with direct knowledge of these interviews said that Mueller’s investigators have made finding the details of the timing of Trump’s decision a key question for people in his orbit who have been asked to speak with the special prosecutor’s office.

I thought Mueller was wrapping up.

I got you:

I am very skeptical of Trump's claims of lack of financial connections to Russia.

How's that?

That's not getting the attention you all like so you put it in every thread multiple times. The Russians will never hire you with that type of sloppiness.

I’m not worried about the attention. My people, they have never been wrong.

I bet when it’s all said and done, you come back with yet another new screen name...
