I have NEVER said that Russia's interference impacted the outcome of the election. Stop putting words in my mouth. It's a dishonest ploy.

I didn't change the topic. Russian meddling in the election campaign and Hillary Clinton being a poor candidate are both possible at the same time.

No! We’re saying we don’t care because by the investigators own statements it had no impact. You damn people won’t shut the hell up over it and keep blowing it out of proportion.

They were warned! They ignored it! They were hacked! It’s their own damn fault! And it still had no damn impact!

Unfortunately the DNC and Podesta both took the phishing bait, unlike the GOP (which the media, and Mueller’s ‘old news’ indictment before the Summit fails to mention).

The DNC incident was not the result of a phishing scam. It was a sophisticated hack. Podesta's was phishing... but it was an administrative assistant who was responsible for being unwittingly complicit.

Can you quote where Trump said Russia hacked the DNC? All I've seen is that he admitted he believes they tried to tamper with our election.

I have already explained that. Some of you like to say that I repeat myself a lot. That is because your reading comprehension skills suck and you ask questions which have already been answered. In his statement on Tuesday, Trump said that he agreed with the conclusion of our intelligence community. Dan Coats (DNI) and Pompeo (when he was Director of the CIA) are both on the record as saying they believe that Russia was singularly responsible for the 2016 hacking of the DNC. So, in effect, Trump agreed with that assessment.

Well, I think that a pretty significant difference. He never said that he believes the Russians hacked the DNC. He said that he agrees with their opinion that Russia tampered with the elections. It's a huge inference on your part to claim such specifics. As a matter of fact, it borders on dishonesty.

That's why I asked again after you had already explained the huge assumption you base your comments on. I wanted you to show the board yet again what a huge assumption you are peddling.

He was never specific one way or the other. He made a blanket statement that he agreed with the conclusion of the intelligence community. One of their conclusions was that Russia was responsible for the hacking of the DNC. You are parsing a statement to meet the needs of your narrative... which borders on dishonesty.

HIS own Department of Justice indicted 12 Russians for hacking the DNC on the basis of HIS numerous intelligence agencies. Are you saying there's a huge disconnect between he and his agencies that he's supposed to be leading?
