TrumpPutingate III: the beginning of the end

The man is no fool. Y’all keep talking about how stupid he is so how does it make you feel that a stupid man outsmarted the entire Democratic Party?

He's a fool on certain things (all matters of policy, reading comprehension, subject-verb agreement, forming complete sentences, spelling) but gifted in other departments (bluster, self-promotion, playing the media, hiding bald spots, tanning).

Developments today warrant a clean break and the third installment. I've labeled it the beginning of the end because I believe that we are seeing now the collision of the facts and the personalities which will culminate in charges against Donald Trump and others. Money laundering, bribery, obstruction, conspiracy. Or some combination thereof.

So, today ...

It has emerged that as Bannon testified to the House committee, his lawyer would go outside and call the WH and tell them what was asked. He then went back in to tell Bannon not to answer.

A couple of days ago, Lewandowski said that he would answer all questions. When he got there, however, he would not answer anything post-campaign.

When asked if he had spoken to Trump in the prior 24 hours? He refused to answer.

As I say, this is the beginning of the end of this saga. its almost over.

LOL

Never going to happen.

Still Going. :)

There are a number of posters in this and related threads who are not going to have an ounce of credibility left when this is over. For some, if they had any to begin with.

Not that it will shut them up, just expose them as frauds.

We already know who they are.

I view it more as him outsmarting just barely enough voters in a few key states.

He wasn't playing our game. He started a new game. Hopefully enough of the masses will agree that it's a game they never want to play again.

No. It’s not a new game. It’s the next level that’s been coming for decades. Each player one ups the last. The fact that people like you thinks something new is going on and everything was ok just 2 short years ago highlights how much trouble we are in.

You actually think there’s a difference between the parties and HRC is somehow different than Trump.
Insanity

Seriously. You guys keep bringing up the swift boat bull**** like it’s some sort of trump card (pun intended) but are ok with the DNC rigging their own primary. Which I keep bringing up because of the absolute insanity of it.

It’s fine....
Everything’s fine....

You sound pretty upset about the DNC rigging. Was there a candidate you would have rather seen win? The super delegates helped put her over the top more so than her bailing out the DNC or getting debate questions in advance.

I'm not defending their process because it sucks and has sucked for a long time.

Not upset. Just pointing out where we are with both parties. And the hypocrisy of one group pointing out the problems of the other. News flash. You both are corrupt as ****.

Give me a corrupt capitalist any day over a corrupt socialist. With the capitalist I still have an opportunity to outwork the competition and succeed. With the socialist there’s no chance to change your position in life......corrupt or otherwise

Part 2

Candidate.....nope. Nobody worth a damn will rise to the top in either party.

There is nothing new about a political party tilting the scales in favor of the preferred candidate of the party leadership. If Bernie Sanders doesn't like it, he can run in 2020 as the independent that he actually is. Once again, Sanders is NOT a Democrat, he is an independent who caucuses with the Democrats - that's not the same thing.

Now, as far as the Swift Boat ad campaign against Kerry in 2004 was concerned... You had a man (George W. Bush) who didn't serve in the Vietnam War trying to smear the service of a man who did. And that is from the party who is strong on defense and loves our military and foreign war veterans so much? Give me a break.

Here’s where the Democrats lost me.

From Wikipedia

Heath Shuler.

During his years in Congress, Shuler was known for challenging the leadership of his party, which he believed had moved too far to the left. In 2010, he ran against Nancy Pelosi for the post of Minority Leader. He believed the challenge would add to his prominence as a leader of conservative and moderate Democrats.

I was done with the election of that dip**** pelosi.

Stopped reading at “there’s nothing new....”
So it’s wrong but it’s how things are done and has been for so long that I’m gonna ignore the huge problems in my party and point at the problems over there.

That's politics in both parties. Again, I have a hard time feeling any sympathy for Bernie. You are either an independent or the member of a party. Why run for the Senate as independent but then seek the nomination of a party for President? Bernie is not a team player and therefore wasn't treated like a member of the team.

Somehow, I doubt that your vote was ever in play for the Democrats. LOL.

I love Shuler, but he couldn't be taken seriously in his run in 2010 because he was never secure enough in his seat. I don't care for Pelosi but her seat is about as secure as any in the entire House of Reps. She gets between 76-81% of the vote every election.

So we don’t have to follow the rules when it’s inconvenient?
