“I’D DIE FOR MY WIFE AND MY KIDS. AND THIS IS ALL RUINING THEIR LIVES”: AFTER RUDY’S MELTDOWN, MICHAEL COHEN GRAPPLES WITH HIS NEW REALITY

Cohen himself is grappling with the fact that, in his early fifties, his life and his business will never be the same, and that he is isolated from the people in Washington around Trump, who, he has said, have been treating him as though he is “disposable.”

“I am sitting here in this nightmare,” he has told people. He has said he has had no peace since January 2017, when BuzzFeed published the so-called “dossier” that made several claims about Cohen’s interactions with Russians throughout the presidential campaign (claims he has repeatedly denied). Since the raids, however, and following Giuliani’s media blitz, two people said that Cohen feels even more alone. Friends have said that “Washington has made a huge mistake” in hanging him out to dry. “That,” one person said, “is a dangerous place for him to be.”

Vanity Fair?????

Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has added a new defense attorney to his team.

Jay Nanavati, a former Justice Department tax-crimes prosecutor, filed a formal appearance Tuesday in a Virginia-based case in which special counsel Robert Mueller has charged Manafort with tax evasion, bank fraud and failing to report overseas bank accounts.

The irony is that if Trump had admitted to it last summer, the furor would have lasted a week, then been lost in the shuffle.

Instead, Trump had to lie. And lie some more. Then lie to cover up the lies. The result?

People start checking into it and into Cohen. There's a raid and who knows what's coming from that. Now we know there is a Russian payment to him of 500k. We know all of that and more is coming ......

... all because Trump just refused to tell the truth about it when he had the chance.

Haha hahahahaha hahahahaha

You still haven't learned. You'll believe anything so long as it reflects poorly on Trump. Always taking the bait on the fake news.

Avenatti Accuses Wrong Michael Cohen | The Daily Caller

And it get even better...:eek:lol::eek:lol:

Feds probing how Stormy lawyer got Cohen’s banking info

Avenatti was on The Rachel Maddow Show tonight and acknowledged that of the many payments he alleged to have been sent to Michael Cohen, he was wrong about two of them. However, as he pointed out and your first link to the Daily Caller does as well, the other payments alleged to have been sent to Donald Trump's personal attorney, Michael Cohen, did actually occur and have been acknowledged by AT&T, Novartis and Columbus Nova, a firm linked to Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg. These payments were sent to Cohen's company, Essential Consultants. You are acting like the whole story has been discredited and that is obviously not true at all.

Do you believe that the money linked to Cohen is linked to President Trump, and that the president will ultimately be impeached, and then convicted in the senate?

Yeah, I'm sure he's worried about that measly 1% of info he's wrong about.

Avenatti shot back Wednesday night on Twitter, saying, "They fail to address, let alone contradict, 99% of the statements in what we released. Among other things, they effectively concede the receipt of the $500,000 from those with Russian ties."

Until we learn more this is strictly Cohen's problem. He has been selling his influence with the president for big bucks.

I certainly don't doubt that Cohen has, along with hundreds of the other swamp creatures.

Heck, it would be interesting to see what Robert Mueller's finances look like under the microscope of a special prosecutor.

Oh, I doubt he's the first person to ever do that.

Do you remember Trump's campaign pledge to "drain the swamp"? This is exactly the type of conduct that Trump insisted wouldn't be a part of his administration during his campaign. This is the buying and selling of influence. And it involves his own personal attorney. This isn't fake news or any creation of the democrats. Trump has added man eating crocs to the swamp... not drained it.
