Trump Ignores the Courts

I lost a good subcontractor this week because he failed to keep his paperwork in order. So back to Guatemala he went.

That’s on him.

I truly hate it for some. It would be nice to offer some sort of pathway to citizenship for those that deserve it but we’ve kicked the can down the road so long and ignored doing ANYTHING that it’s pretty much impossible now.

I feel same way.
What is truely incredulous is some dont even want the criminal element removed. Weird AF.

Here’s the problem, and nobody talks about this, if they become citizens of the USA then they can’t return to Many of the South American countries because their origin nations won’t allow them to return. Which is problematic if you have family you’d like to see again
There are no easy answers but clearly doing nothing isn’t working

Might be wrong, but we have taken Panama over again. Send everyone there and let them figure it out.

Can we all agree that this admin is not ignoring the courts? Looks like they are paying more and more attention to them.

75% were not criminals and they were sent to the wrong country to a concentration camp. How can due process result in this? How can due process result in the courts saying "you gotta bring back those guys, they didn't get due process." You know?

Die on this hill, bro
Do we know how many had come here legally but did not renew their paperwork/visas, etc. and overstayed? I understand that doesn’t make it right to send them the max security prison in El Salvador, but there is a reasonable expectation they can be deported.

That's completely beside the point to me, but pretty sure the answer is nobody knows, and the admin hasn't looked good as more and more comes to light.

lol Truly a special kind of special here.

So now you're too the point you are defending Trump with guesses, LOL.

Here's a guess....I guess you won't give a **** whatever you find out sbout the details, so why say anything? Just say, "IDC. **** other people. It's not me."

I'm positive you have a pretty god idea of what's happening.

We now know

75% of the 238 detainees sent to the concentration camp in El Salvador were not criminals. Only 12 were accused of violent crime.

And the latest is

CATO was able to investigate 90 of the cases and found 50 of them came to the US legally.

You took the position, without knowing anything about anything, that they were afforded due process. When you were doing it at the time, I couldn't believe it. I knew you didn't know anything. You keep saying you don’t blindly trust the government, but you do when it's the dumbest admin ever violating the rights of the most vulnerable people, and subjugating them to concentration camps.

Caught up?

The data you’re speaking about is “self reported by the families” per Cato.

They may have came here legally and that legal status revoked. That doesn’t mean they didn’t receive all the due process they were entitled to.

Not only that, but the claims that they came here legally and committed no crimes seem to be self reported by the families according to Cato

If you’re going to quote a stat, at least quote it properly.

“75% were not criminals, according to their family”

Literally nothing has come to light. Their families said they’re innocent. That’s not some breaking news. Your Maryland Father’s family said the same thing. When the evidence came out, it was obvious to everyone that was a lie.
