I love the edit that you made. Says a lot about you. The United States has always been a multi-cultural society - I defy you to prove otherwise. If Muslims hate us so much, why were we able to talk the Kurds and Iraqi Sunnis into fighting ISIS for us? Let's face it, we've spent almost a century cultivating a very negative reputation in the Middle East. The Muslim ban, which prevents Syrian, Yazidi, Iraqi Refugees from entering - and totally rules out Kurds from entering the U.S. is only going to perpetuate the image of a totally self-absorbed America.

Lolz, I'm not a fan of a group that's been trying to kill western civilization for 1600 years.
We do have a culture in the United States. It's called American values. We will take immigrants willing to assimilate to our ways of life. We won't cave this country to Sharia Law.

ISIS wouldn't exist if we didn't arm them... As for the Kurds. They should have their own country of Kurdistan.

Examples of Multiculturalism destroying civilizations: Persia, Rome, Greece, Mongolia.

There has been some semblance of bipartisan agreement on Carter holding that title but, as the mists clear and more comes to light from the last 8 years, Obama may take it. Of course from a partisan perspective, he already owns the title.

Nobody could. The South was going to succed by the time Buchanan was around. The Civil War can be blamed on the founding fathers.

Buchanan literally did nothing to assuage tensions. The CW may have been inevitable, but it was undoubtedly accelerated because of his and Pierce's administrations.

Granted, he's not at the bottom of my list (that honor would go to Wilson), but it's no secret why those two are considered to be among the worst.

Catalyst to the civil war, SCOTUS and the Dred Scott decision. Due to opposite ways of life, the north was never going to change their stance against slavery and the Dred Scott decision further solidified the southern stance. Trade policies and tariffs were just the match to kindling.

Multiculturalism led to the fall of Rome. The muslim ban should have been put in place immediately following 9/11. :rolleyes: The wall is 30 years to late b/c immigration is a political football.
