Either of the lines. Those positions, much more so than others, require years in the college weight room. I've been lifting weights since I was 12. If you took the 17-18 year old me and made him face off against the 21-22 year old me the results would be hilarious. There is a tremendous amount of strength development that occurs during that age range for 99% of us men out there.
For example, my bench went from around 225ish to 345, squat 350 to 450, and no clue on deadlift as my lower back is trashed but weight wise went from 175-180ish to 200-205. I'm NOT a D1 player so you can imagine how much stronger and bigger these guys get working out in their respective programs.
