Yes, but those teams are not replacing their entire starting WR corps. Sometimes I feel like you selectively fail to address the big picture. Not only do you have to think about keeping others from scoring, but you also have to be able to score points if you are going to win. BTW: UF has two Sr. safeties (Jackson has significant experience, incl. 12 starts) and a CB with a couple of starts under his belt.Yeah.....Florida, Cal, and Vandy will have great secondaries. Providing our WR corp doesn't drop off all that much...and your 3 starters improve some...that means we'll only score, I dunno...21 points by the 3rd quarter, and we'll keep up the pressure during the 3rd and 4th, rather than putting in the scrubs. I don't see that as a huge hurdle, really.
yeah i'm sure there will be little drop off from experienced talented WRs to guys who have never played a Div 1A game in the first game of the season.
