Top 10 D line coaches.

I have zero problems if Pruitt wants to hire the chief to coach the DL. I am big on Lupoi but there is no way he comes here for anything less than DC. And how would that work with Ansley?

Imo the only two options that make sense are: go with a guy that has SEC experience or poach someone from the NFL.

I don't know about finding a top 10 DC four games into a season. Hell probably wait until after the season to fill it, and roll with what they have.

Need to steal Auburns or UGAs dline coach. But probably won't happen, program refuses to go after the best.

We don't have near the talent of GA's D line. Their coach may be good, or may be mediocre with excellent talent. I'd rather go after an overachiever.

Gotta have both. Look at our talented oline struggling for example

I thought Pruitt said in his presser he was coaching the DL rest of the year? .........feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I may have misheard.
He is. This is for next season.

Sounds good to me. I wonder if Pruitt is waiting to see what happens with him at the end of the season? Arent he and Lupoi buddies?
They coached together for a couple of seasons at Bama. I don’t know how deep of a relationship that they have though. If he wants to make a move back to college, UT makes as much sense as anyone. Don’t see a lot of programs lining up to offer him a DC role. His one year as DC in Tuscaloosa wasn’t all that impressive.
