ICE arrested Estefany Rodriguez-Florez, an illegal alien from Colombia, March 4 during a targeted enforcement operation. Rodriguez-Florez entered the United States with a tourist visa March 10, 2021, which was valid until March 23, 2021. She failed to depart the country and is in violation of the conditions of her visa and currently has no lawful immigration status. She will remain in ICE custody pending her immigration proceedings.

Claims that ICE did not have a warrant are false. ICE officers had an administrative warrant at the time of the arrest and the officers issuing administrative warrants have found probable cause to issue the warrant. For decades, the Supreme Court and Congress have recognized the propriety of administrative warrants in cases of immigration enforcement.

All individuals who violate U.S. immigration law are subject to arrest and detention, regardless of their criminal histories.



You overstay your tourist visa for 5 years, yea you really don't have a leg to stand on, especially when you tried to claim asylum and missed two court dates

She was following the process and had a date set for another hearing. So no I don’t don’t buy the government’s take. Again.

ICE deserves zero good will at this point. And it’s been that way since they executed two US citizens in Minneapolis

"good will"? They are simply doing their jobs by enforcing existing immigration law

This was a targeted operation of someone they knew was illegal, she has had five years that she illegally overstayed her tourist visa

I don't have to convince you....reality is reality....unless Congress overturns all immigration laws, take away their arrest powers or "abolish" ICE/BP all together, the reality is that they are doing exactly what they are supposed to in terms of enforcement

Oh they absolutely are. There’s plenty of video out there already showing that. And two instances of their poor training with regards to escalation of force resulting in deaths of two US citizens. I’d guess the lawyer on the phone was quoting them paragraph by paragraph of the criminal code on what they were doing wrong and they still had no idea.

There was an education going on with the sheriffs department there agreeing with the lawyer on the phone as to what was legal and what wasn’t.

I was on a job site this week (not mine) where the other contractor put his immigration attorney on speaker phone and threw the shitbags off the job site for trespassing.

Ice needs to be transportation only. All arrests should be made by the police. It was amazing to watch these ice nitwits either be straight up liars or just completely ignorant of the law.

How are local police going to arrest for a federal crime alone? Also the illegals that are picked up for various crimes ARE being arrested by local police and they are forced by leftist City officials to NOT contact ICE

Dude has turned into a full blown leftist where the law is no longer the law. This is the way the left interpret things. It's sad to see the metamorphosis before our eyes because of TDS. Usually as you mature, the opposite happens. You become more pragmatic and responsible. It'll be interesting to see where he goes from here in 2028-2029 when he can no longer target Trump.

There’s no federal crime. That’s a lie.
It’s a civil matter.
Repeat entry after deportation is a misdemeanor.

if that’s the concern of my federal tax dollars…..trying to arrest someone who has paid taxes for a decade and is being refused an extension to their green card while refusing to give a reason for that denial…..then we’re completely ****ed.

Guys here paying taxes for 20 years in violation of a civil matter are not criminals.

So police investigate and arrest criminals and Ice picks them up for deportation.
It’s a simple solution.


Then maybe congress can do their jobs and reform the system where needed labor can come here legally and secure the borders to keep criminals out. Because throwing out the constitution and sending a quasi Nazis out into the public isn’t the American ideal.
