Too much ice

to circle back to that timing thing.

“For example, an immigrant from Mexico may be forced to wait anywhere between five and 25 years to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. If they’re an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen—like a spouse, parent, or minor child, the total timeline is usually about five to seven years. This includes the wait for a green card, the residency requirement, and naturalization process”

Last time I checked, this is the USA. The only way anything gets done is with violence.

I’m not calling for it, just pointing out the obvious.
That goes for the entire world for all of mankind. Whiney babies saying "stolen land", ect...nothing large or significant is achieved without violence or military conquest. All land is "stolen land".

Now, sometimes those who stand up and resist the status quo are not strong enough to win the fight or negotiate terms if the lose. Then they get massacred. It's the way the world has worked for thousands of years.

We need to pump up the numbers. If we get them all maybe your chart will look better.

So more than 60% are involved in other crimes, and that's just the ones that were caught? wow

I didn't see the original reply, but I will say that it's a legitimate question. If it's unconstitutional, I'd like to know and know why.

My understanding is that military can't be at polling stations, while law enforcement can, as long as they are not there to intimidate voters. ICE is not military, they are law enforcement, and I would hope that there would be no illegal aliens there to vote.

If there are other exclusions that would prevent ICE from performing their function in public spaces, I am genuinely interested in knowing.

(I am not saying they would or would need to be inside polling stations.)

What probable cause would ICE agents have to check IDs at polling places or for that matter anywhere else? They have no authority to ask you or me for our ID without probable cause.

I guess that'd depend on each interaction. I don't think anyone said they should be there checking the ID of every voter. As a matter of fact, I alluded to just the opposite:

I'm just asking specifically what would make their presence outside of polling stations unconstitutional, as another poster claimed.

I would look at it as voter intimidation.

The meme posted said ice would be checking id at every polling place. They have no business doing that and then demanding id to vote when they're not part of the process would likely be illegal. I don't have to identify to ice for simply existing in this country. We aren't quite that far gone

the irony is not lost on me that they were "checking IDs". yes thats correct, the people who don't want sovereign borders were checking IDs of people driving down the street
Random Minnesota leftists are setting up roadblocks and checking drivers' ID's? That's illegal. Where are the cowardly MN police? Hanging out at Dunkin Donuts?

I guess it comes down to how you read it. I didn't read it as them inside, checking every ID of every voter. If that's how you read it, I can see the issue you took with it.

I see it as having to register to vote ahead of time. You should be on the list at your voting precinct and provide proof (ID ) to vote. There is no checking ID of those in line to vote. That’s how it’s done in Tennessee. Ice should be nowhere near the polling station.

If we’re preventing illegals from voting then that should be part of the registration process.

Have you seen the video of the guy pointing out to the dipshits blocking the road the 4th amendment and why it exists.

It’s really funny when they realize they are the Nazis
