Too much ice

They’re busy trying to do their job I’d imagine. There’s a limited number and can’t be everywhere, but you know that.

As stated before, filming them doing their job is one thing. Trying to break into hotels where ICE is staying and harassing people who aren’t even ICE is criminal behavior.

Clown emoji indeed. If you don’t believe me, look at the reports instead of just saying “nuh uh”.
You think the guy that thinks he the smartest guy in the room...would know that ice cNt arrest for stalking or harassments unless they can prove it's a federal level stalking tower wise it the local LEOS who are old.not to assist ice that would have to arrest and charge.... idk

Arrest anyone actually doing that then!

ETA: look down two posts.

That’s sounds like criminal behavior to me! But I thought local PD couldn’t or wouldn’t arrest them? Could y’all be consistent in your excuse making?

“…after protesters began causing property damage to the building on Monday.

Maple Grove Police Department arrested 26 people gathered outside the SpringHill Suites for “unlawful assembly riotous conduct.” Though police did not declare the assembly to be unlawful until after the protesters turned agitators began causing property damage and throwing objects at police officers.“

Slice I think they’ll get more meaningful results pissing in the wind. But I’ve seen nothing showing they are breaking the law. So they’re free to do so. And even use technology to coordinate their efforts. The case is clearly outlined where it’s no longer ok. They can’t interfere or threaten that absolutely crosses the line. But wasting their time following ICE around isn’t illegal.
You may not like the law but interfering is definitely breaking it.and protesting innocent people because they thought they were ice only serves to weaken their cause. To the majority who of people the protesters come off as part of the problem not the solution

I just gave you receipts of them being arrested but it took other departments plus the state police. I’m not sure this is the win you think it is. I never said they couldn’t be arrested, I told you they were going a little beyond following ICE agents around. You were making fun of people over “stalking”.

Local Minneapolis police was told to stand down.

Yes I was making fun of people over stalking claims because their histrionics are funny to me. And sounds like they should have been arrested for their behavior I agreed. But it wasn’t “stalking” soooooo…

I’m seriously not being sarcastic, what would you consider interfering?

Standing at a distance and recording it to me isn’t. Trying to stop arrests, blowing whistles and screaming help to get other protesters to the scene is. Kicking vehicles, blocking traffic spitting on officers etc. Definitely.

I don’t agree that the bolded is interfering with one exception on the whistles. If they are told to stop because the noise is interfering with their communication and they continue that becomes interfering.

In the first ICE encounter Pretti had (the second video though) I stated I thought he owed property damages.

The reason I believe trying to get a group around the arrest is because that makes the odds jump significantly higher of something bad happening. Trying to stop the arrest, someone getting hurt etc.

Mob mentality is a thing. I don’t claim to know the laws in each state pertaining to that, though.

Just my opinion.

Also, there’s been way more than Pretti who’s done that.

Im still looking for case as most cases involving Leo' etc..espxeially for stalking and fixing get sealed. But I can point to a similar case in NY where they follows the agents home. Of the PA shooter.
Also there is this
A federal stalking law..
18 U.S.C. § 2261A
If they followed the agents home then that's not very similar

Ok you have a right to your opinion. Mine is I don’t care how many people are there if they aren’t actually impeding ICE executing their duties.

So on your edit, the bolded specifically, I assume you are talking about the TSA agents that were wrongly identified as ICE? Yeah that was stupid and not helpful on their cause I agree.
