Too much ice

I haven't looked at all the reasons for the disastrous results of unfettered immigration in Europe, but we know it has turned out to be just that. Some of it is purposeful from Islamic regions.

However, the initial point you made about tax dollars is an important one. Government is supposed to be fiscally responsible but here they are taking our tax dollars and funding programs for illegals or massive fraud is happening making the culprits richer than we'll ever sniff.
It still remains that westerners created the immigration crisis in Europe. Twist and turn it all you want. And here we are again, meddling in Iran's national matters, which is none of our dayum business.

Following LEOs around and recording them doing their jobs in public, is a 1st amendment protected activity, but please, do show the Minnesota statute that says otherwise.

View attachment 811741
Minnesota Statutes § 609.749.
“follows, monitors, or pursues another, whether in person or through any available technological or other means.”

And these acts would cause a reasonable person fear, terror, or intimidation.

So following the same agents all day and recording the harassment...2 or more time within a 5 year period...so again if local LEOS were doing their job these agents wouldn't be stalked.

At a bare reading of this, it sounds like an amazing amount of entitlement. You break the law to be and work in a foreign country, and resent/demonize those who are uphold the laws of the country that you are in illegally? I mean, I would caution a legal guest against that kind of entitlement, much less someone who is not a "guest".

And the person that posted that tweet thought that would be a good look for them?

Which does not apply to recording LEOs in public, which is a constitutionally protected activity.

Democrat judge 'let migrant sex predator slip out the back door of NYC courthouse'

A Democratic judge has allegedly allowed a migrant with multiple prior arrests, including attempted rape, to slip out a back door of a New York City courthouse to evade ICE agents.

Gerardo Miguel Mora, 45, whose country of origin is unknown, was actively being sought by federal authorities due to an outstanding criminal arrest warrant, according to court records obtained by the New York Post.

On Thursday, he was arrested on charges of shoplifting and possession of stolen property after allegedly swiping $130 worth of merchandise from an H&M display case in Midtown.

Mora was dragged back into Manhattan's criminal court just hours later on the minor charge, where Judge Sheridan Jack-Browne - who won a special election last year in Brooklyn - was presiding.

Rather than handing Mora over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), she allegedly allowed him to quietly exit through a back door, potentially giving him an opportunity to escape agents waiting outside, sources reportedly told the Post.

'They refused to hand him over,' a law enforcement source told the outlet. 'They let him out the back to avoid ICE.'

Mora has been on law enforcement's radar since 2011, when he was arrested for allegedly attempting to rape and strangle a 21-year-old woman, according to the outlet.

see crap like this just blows my mind. pretty common consensus these people gotta go, but the lib cult demand no accountability.

Huh??? Yes, I like border control. Not because of your blind blaming previous administrations, but because of my previous states of how I don't want my taxes spent. AND from living out west where I saw up close personal what some of these people are like once they get settles here. It's not a headache. And as for the "other" nations immigrating crisis, it is in large part due to westerners going into other countries, dismantling the culture, their economy, selling them guns, poisoning their leaders with corruption bribes, and more that the problem making them flee their homes exist. And you know it but would rather ignore it.
What people are you referring to specifically? Mexicans?

But is does when recording the same person multiple times and day and following them...sorry..if they were in the same location and recorded. That one thing...but following the same agents all day constitutes harassment..le as ding to triggering the stalking law under MN law..

It does not. Recording LEOs in public is not limited to changing the subject of your recording. Not by the 1st amendment, and not by any statute of Minnesota law.

It does when they are following the same person or agents ..that the caveat you keep missing ..they are not longer protesting an area or event they are stalking a person..

It does not, and you can cite nothing in Minnesota law that states as such, and nothing in the Constitution limits a person recording LEOs in public on some arbitrary time limit of doing so.

The only reason your even bringing up, is because you can't find any ithe way to defend the ICE agents otherwise, and you're willing to compromise any previously held belief to do so.

I already cited it...and as usual your choosing to focus on the only part that supports your weak argument.....I quote the statue and it clear states the action is harassment and qualified for stalking when it happens 2 or more times in 5 years..meaning if they followed all days long and got out at several location to film that is stalking per their statutes...

Yea Haiti, Sudan, Somalia, Mexico....these places were literally paradises until we "dismantled their cultures and economies" 😂 😂 😂

Stupid law and only people who want government abuse would support that law. If they prevent officers from doing their jobs that's different. The government records and follows us every day
