Too much ice

Don Lemon actually interviewed the organizer of the “protest” the day before and she clearly states in the interview that their goal was to “disrupt”.

You don’t have a legal right to disrupt another person exercising their 1st amendment rights on their private property.

Hope he gets convicted

Stop. Churches are places of open public worship. He can't be found guilty of coming into a public church.

Open for worship. They weren’t there to worship and it’s not a public place but private property

It only becomes applicable when he is asked to leave and he refuses.

Your first amendment rights do not allow you to go onto someone else’s property and intentionally prevent them from exercising their first amendment right

That's not a riot. Of course you think a protester is a terrorist so we know that definitions aren't your strong suit.
You don’t think that was a violent disturbance of peace by a crowd? Not sure you understand what riot means. it’s not always death, destruction and tipping over cop cars.

Look up riot and report back before proceeding about definitions.

I know what a riot is. That wasn't one. It was a bunch of jackasses interrupting a church service and harassing the people there.
Don't be so soft. You sound like a snowflake, making everything overly dramatic.
