Too much ice

The belligerent home owner “you can’t fish here I own this part of the lake” retards are my bigger concern. They are ignorant of TX law and live on a lake.

A lot of people get spooled up on wake boards coming in on fishermen. While I don’t like it and realize they can be azzholes it’s a free country and they are free to use the lake just as I am
It won’t shock me if wake boats get banned on certain lakes or restricted to certain areas due to shoreline erosion

IF I owned a gun I'd definitely have one stashed on the boat. The lake gets a bit cray-cray at times.
Ten years or so ago fishermen were getting robbed at gunpoint on Old Hickory way up above the steam plant. They’d take their gear and keys to their boat and leave them stranded. This is when I started carrying mine

They held him for over two weeks. He claims other citizens are there. I offer no strength to the voracity of that claim outside of his detention and its length.

So they did it at least once for two weeks. No I am not claiming they possess long term incarceration capability. But they can hold at least one for at least two weeks.
So he was held, no prosecution. He claims there were other Americans. I'm sure they have a few. They rely on the locals to prosecute. Like I said the governor, the mayor and the whole judicial system has been obstructing them. Don Lemon is a classic example. These "peaceful " protesters are allowed to do whatever with little to no ce sequences.

Oh I think Frey and Walz have been stubborn for sure but I can’t see that the Feds have offered anything in return. Just heavy handed tactics and random stops by masked thugs. Bovino and Noem weren’t exactly the best negotiators and I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. And that includes whatever BS they were feeding Trump.

All I can go on is Tom Homan’s statement that things haven’t been handled according to protocol and he was being diplomatic. With the speed they were exiled, it really tells me that those two morons were lying and totally screwed this up. Trump has realized that, hence the quick changes. He would have stuck to his guns if he thought he had the high ground but he doesn’t and especially doesn’t after the murder. Hopefully Homan get it straightened out and get progress for both sides. I will be the first to apologize for calling him Bull Connor if he does.
Lol. Stubborn? They've actively encouraged their people to riot. They've done everything in their power to obsrltruct. Their LT Governors has been active in trying to tip people off. Their guilty of sedition.

Nobody is obstructing anyone, they can criminally indict the employers/corporations and all the state/local government officials anytime they want and cut off all the aid anytime they want. This is one big show.

Lol. Always the Epstien files. 🤣

Because that is a very simple way of explaining it, but you don't want to believe it. You want to believe Trump is different but once you look at the results, you will notice it will be the same result.

Damn Congress, Damn Judges, Damn Federal Reserve, Damn Iran, Damn Venezuela, etc. -> its called controlled opposition i.e. the illusion of choice.

I have to admit, Donald Trump has played the part perfectly.

It certainly does influence public perception, those within the legal system and possibly a GJ.

Do you believe when someone with a criminal history commits a crime, their current crime is the only one taken into consideration during punishment phase and the previous ones are a non-factor?
That applies to the criminal, not the victim.

No, meat with be thrown to the wolves from time to time, its called controlled opposition. Notice nothing has changed, same thing over and over. It just looks like a big show, you think its all different... its not. All those illegals will still be in the U.S. in three more years.

You are the one saying liberal judges are somehow stopping prosecutions.

So seems like we got about 12 folks who believe the “legally justified use of force” line lies somewhere between Renee Good and Alex Pretti and pretty much everybody else has resumed their politically convenient alignment? Is that number too low?

I used to fish at night a lot on Percy Priest. There’s always people hanging out at the Seven Points ramp regardless of the time.
Drinking, smoking and screwing I suppose, but a bit shady.
The last two times I went I was over near the Hobson Pike bridge and gunshots rang out in rapid succession around midnight. It sounded like a freaking gunfight.
