They've been apprehending illegal immigrants. They have detention facilities for those people. Those facilities aren't for US citizens.

All this attention to immigration and who among our 'leaders' on either side has even mentioned addressing our quotas, eligibility standards, etc.? Of course with the current posse of clowns in DC the results would likely not be good.

A detention center is specifically for ice detainees for deportation. Its not for us citizens committing crimes. You think they're housing regular arrestees at alligator Alcatraz?

They don't have the facilities to house the number they would need. If you read it plainly states that ice can't arrest and charge us citizens. They can arrest and detain. They depend on local authorities to charge and prosecute. I think you know that isn't happening. If the charges are serious enough then the FBI can charge. But just like with Don Lemon, who absolutely should have been charged, a radical left wing judge refused to sign the papers.

They held him for over two weeks. He claims other citizens are there. I offer no strength to the voracity of that claim outside of his detention and its length.

So they did it at least once for two weeks. No I am not claiming they possess long term incarceration capability. But they can hold at least one for at least two weeks.

Oh I think Frey and Walz have been stubborn for sure but I can’t see that the Feds have offered anything in return. Just heavy handed tactics and random stops by masked thugs. Bovino and Noem weren’t exactly the best negotiators and I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them. And that includes whatever BS they were feeding Trump.

All I can go on is Tom Homan’s statement that things haven’t been handled according to protocol and he was being diplomatic. With the speed they were exiled, it really tells me that those two morons were lying and totally screwed this up. Trump has realized that, hence the quick changes. He would have stuck to his guns if he thought he had the high ground but he doesn’t and especially doesn’t after the murder. Hopefully Homan get it straightened out and get progress for both sides. I will be the first to apologize for calling him Bull Connor if he does.

But think of all the cute outfits, plastic surgery, army cosplay, and private jet flights she’s getting to enjoy on the taxpayers dime. Once she’s done with this she’ll be able to afford an entire warehouse of puppies to shoot in the face.

Highly possible. And she’s hot with or without plastic surgery so she should have just not gone that route.

She travels on the taxpayer dime. Omar stole a boat load of taxpayer dimes to get her 30 mil in 12 months. These are easy games to play, they’re politicians. A never ending volley so brew the coffee.
