It was a legitimate question. No one is trying to support the guy being shot and that particular model has had numerous trigger issues.
Can you cite DHS policy that allows deadly force to be used in response to "impeding"?And impeding is impeding. Thanks
I’ve stated he didn’t deserve to die, I’m just not milking the he’s a victim like many here. His friend screwed up, he stepped in and we know the rest. Leave the gun at home if you’re a hothead.
What additional information? How does something that happened 10 days prior affect a man getting murdered in the street by federal agents? Idgaf who Pretti was as a person, idc if he was a serial cheater that was addicted to crack. He was jumped by multiple agents, beaten in the head and then had his gun stripped from him and shot multiple times in the back. You people acting like this changed anything is saduh huh.
Y'all become so irritable once additional information on Pretti becomes available and is applied to subject.
While the second video isn’t a good look for Pretti it has zero bearing on the second encounter. If anything in general it’s a worse look for ICE. He was way more belligerent and probably should have been at least ID’d and detained. In fact he shoulda have owed property damages on the busted tail light. And as far as he was armed you see his gun the the small of his back and they didn’t even check it or ask for his permit so yeah that whole stupidity can f$&@ straight off. ICE was so taken back they didn’t even file a report and get his name. DHS has stated they had no record of the encounter. Pretti is way more submissive in the encounter he got shot in. If anything the second video is a great example of how ICE should have acted instead of killing him.uh huh.

Nope. Said he should have been arrested at the first incident. He had obviously been protesting regularly. But he can still be a good man who happened to lose his cool that day. Maybe he’s got a temper, maybe that’s the only time. (Personally I’d like to know why he wasn’t arrested. That was much more egregious than his actions when he got executed.)Based upon the videos provided, you believe Pretti is cool, calm and collected when confronting ICE agents?
Far from it.
How exactly does his behavior on January 13th, change the reality of him being shot in the back on by an ICE agent on January 24th?
