And the government being jack boots is a far bigger problem than the people protesting them. Here’s the shooter pulling his gun. The only reason he pulls is he see the agent to his left taking the gun from the victims holster. So he clearly saw who had the gun and that there was no threat when he decided to shoot.

TN refuses to pass an open container law and the Feds withhold millions in highway funds because of it so I don't see why the same approach can't be taken with Sanctuary Cities/States.
