Then we absolutely need to dissolve ICE now because if that’s their product after 8 years of service then they are clearly incompetent and have no business playing cop and being armed out in the general public.

They’ve shot at least 12 people since September, at least 4 have been citizens.

Said guy was attacked while trying to aid a woman who was violently charged by a bully. He came from several feet to brutally knock her down. The "guy " tried to help her while raising his arm I submission.

Are you trying to say that shooter was CBP and not ICE? Why was he not in CBP work then? Did he change departments? If so why?

CBP authority currently ends just a few miles from the border I believe (no it’s 100 air miles from any international border)

Felony murder is the killing of another in the commission of a a predicate crime. It only requires the intent for the predicate crime.

In TN, it carries a life sentence, so equivalent to first degree murder, and the predicate crimes are specified by statute.

The punishment and predicate offenses vary a lot from state to state. But it’s generally a case of like defendant or group decides to commit a crime and somebody dies during the crime. It has the added butt ****ing capacity to, for example, ensnare all the McMichaels with murder charges, even though only one of them actually shot Ahmaud Arbury and none of them went into it intending for him to die.

“Slam dunk” probably wasn’t accurate, the more I think about it. There are definitely some other crimes going on here, but it would come down to which crimes the state enumerates. In Tennessee, I think kidnapping is the closest fit. Tennessee instructions and law on kidnapping are really favorably to the state, but I imagine everybody’s initial response to that is a bit of side eye.

Not part of the NRA. Now would you care to discuss on why the Biden administration let so many illegal immigrants into the country during his presidency. Would you care to discuss all the innocent people killed by illegals or hurt by them

Bad analogy is bad. These folks are agitators however no one should be shot unjustly but I also believe the process to be judged should be fair.
