Too much ice

Then we absolutely need to dissolve ICE now because if that’s their product after 8 years of service then they are clearly incompetent and have no business playing cop and being armed out in the general public.
Isn’t ICE different from Border Patrol from what you said or did I read it wrong. You said “Get rid ICE and just let CBP do the whole DHS mission” but it was a Border Patrol agent that fired the shot with 8 years of training

Said guy was attacked while trying to aid a woman who was violently charged by a bully. He came from several feet to brutally knock her down. The "guy " tried to help her while raising his arm I submission.
I have no use for you and your orange propaganda. Liar.

I thought about posting a civil response with some quality input.

Nah. Just f*** off.

Bad analogy is bad. These folks are agitators however no one should be shot unjustly but I also believe the process to be judged should be fair.

@Rickyvol77 and I used to have some spirited debates on Treyvon Martin. Ricky I'm going way back to Scout. I've since learned you're a good dude. I'd share a foxhole knowing you have my six.
As i stated in a post a few pages back both political cult sides have led us to this current situation, and there is plenty of blame to go around, starting with the leadership and their political BS.

As an investigator, it's healthy to treat each incident like this the same way I did with Treyvon or Michael Brown or anyother...

Find out all the facts first, look at all the evidence, research the law, and make your opinion based on that and what could've prevented it or make the incident less likely to happen again in the future thru Root Cause Analysis type assessment.

The issue is the two political tribes will go back again into the "you commie terrorists want to kill officers" and "ICE Nazis are disappearing brown people into death camps" and they will continue to be the extremes of modern politics until the NEXT major media spectacle divides the country.

But thank you for your kind words

Did you see my question about the signal chat and Pretti.

Imagine getting this worked up over pedophiles, demons, and retards killing and attacking pedophiles, demons, and retards over a Constitution that's only (and sadly) barely been relevant for 150+ years.

It's a miracle and sign of the general goodness of Americans that we're still here somewhat functional today. Hard to be upset about stuff that's totally out of control.

I went back and looked.

I will say that Pretti not having his ID and illegally carrying by Minnesota law would be an issue for him if he survived, however the officers did not know that at the time of the shooting, and that point is irrelevant for the overall shooting situation.

The signal chat thing is definitely more of a legal and criminal issue for the Minnesota leaders involved as well as the Antifa/NGO crowd from other states on it...that's for the DOJ to decide on charges

I saw that too. He became the victim of an overzealous agent with a happy trigger finger

Again. Legal right to carry the weapon doesn't excuse poor judgement. Considering what's been taking place at these protests, the victim had to have known at some point while holstering his weapon that morning that "maybe this isn't the right time to be carrying this firearm".

Judging by the video provided, the shooting wasn't justified at all, but this guy didn't help his situation at all.
By bearing arms? Legally. Registered. Weapon.

And it appears he never touched it.

Technically he wasn’t legal in Minnesota at the time. He didn’t have his ID or carry permit on him while he was carrying a weapon which is against the law in Minnesota

The handgun that intensive care nurse Alex Pretti was carrying when he was shot dead in Minneapolis has a history of unintentionally discharging, it has emerged.

Pretti, 37, was killed by a Border Patrol agent during a targeted immigration enforcement operation in the Minnesota city early Saturday morning.

The nurse was armed with a loaded Sig Sauer P320 9mm pistol - which he had a legal permit to carry - when he allegedly tried to stop agents from detaining a woman.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials said shots were fired 'defensively' against Pretti after he was allegedly 'violently' resisting officers.

A roughly 30-second scuffle ensued and someone at the scene shouted 'gun, gun,' bystander video showed. It's unclear whether the remark is a reference to Pretti's alleged weapon or a federal agent's gun.

Videos do not clearly show who fired the first shot, but one gun expert has said he believes Pretti's Sig Sauer P320 went off, prompting the agent to open fire.

'I believe it's highly likely the first shot was a negligent discharge from the agent in the grey jacket after he removed the Sig P320 from Pretti's holster while exiting the scene,' Rob Dobar, a lawyer for the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus, wrote on X.

Dobar's analysis comes as a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order banning the Trump administration from 'destroying or altering evidence' related to the death of Pretti. It has not been confirmed whether Pretti's gun fired any shots.

Ok if it was an actual border patrol agent then get rid of ICE, fire and prosecute this border patrol agent, and stop violating the rights of and killing US citizens. How’s that?

Are the demons in the room with us right now, Butch?
