Too much ice

I saw an enhanced version of the video this morning.
The suspect is on the ground. He appears to try and draw from the other side. An ice agent steps in and appears to grab his had. Again that’s on the other side of his body. The ICE agent who shoots the suspect is behind him. He sees the gun and draws. The ice agent who grabs the hand and gun turns and exits with the gun. The agent who shot the suspect then fires.
In my opinion there’s no way the ice agent who reacted to the draw of the gum didn’t see it removed before he shot. Much less can justify 4 more shots.

It doesn’t matter why the gun was there.
It doesn’t matter if he attempted to draw it.
He was successful disarmed by one agent and was then shot by another agent with a clear view of the situation.
I’m thinking the Sig went off in the agent’s hand and that prompted a reactive trigger pull from the other agent that shot him.

In the enhanced video the removed firearm does appear to go off but it’s after the other agent shot the suspect.
It might have been fired into the ground as a jump scare when the suspect was shot but you’d expect anyone with any gun knowledge to not have a finger on the trigger
So the agent shot the man before the Sig went off in the other agent’s hand?

Curious to know after watching the video again if the first shot was the supposed negligent discharge from the man’s firearm that the agent was holding. That would definitely play a large factor in what happened.

On the other hand, can our politicians on both sides just respond with saying we don’t know all the facts and we are sorry someone lost their life rather than making immediate false claims going both ways.
Ok let’s deal with this now. That doesn’t excuse the other agents shooting him three times in the back. It’s still voluntary manslaughter and whomever shot him should be fired and the evidence sent before a grand jury.

I don't know about this timeline. the suspect's gun the agent is carrying it correctly in a safe position with his finger off the trigger.

When I watch that video from the backside, it appears the suspects gun goes off as the agent is carrying it which is a second before the other agent's shooting start....its quick either way...

and to be honest we can't definitively prove the suspects gun is the first shot at this point either.

Hopefully ballistics report will be released soon

I'm hearing reports that ICE is about to have a significantly larger presence in the Austin, Texas area.

Only a matter of time before they start harassing gun-toting, right-leaning hispanics. Much different lay of the land than Minneapolis.

Nah, I doubt it will be worse than MN because TX state is gonna have Trump's back big time. They won't be pleading for peace for their people. They'll be with the jackboots.

That makes sense. They shoot people in MN so they run to a safe state. *slow golfclap*.

And more of these idiots in my state of residence. Greeeeeaaaaaattttt

Shooter is under the red arrow drawing his gun. The agent removing the gun from the suspect is immediately to his left.
Go watch any video of this again and focus on those 2 people. The agent with the suspects gun has his back to the situation when the first shot is fired and then the suspects gun goes off in the agent’s hand. IMG_4338.jpeg

Not with a Sig...they are known for malfunctions like that....and the one video from the back shows his hand carrying it around the grip with no fingers anywhere near the trigger
The most likely scenario is that a poorly trained and excited agent slipped his finger on the trigger while pulling the gun out. Make up all the stories you want to try and remove some responsibility but this was an execution. This mess should not happen in the US but it's a perfect representation of this admin
