This is the crux of the issue and as I posted earlier in this thread, none of the anti-ICE people can make a logical excuse to these actions.

If an illegal criminal arrested for any crime (DUI, drugs, rape, murder, etc) and goes to jail, the local agencies should detain and contact for ICE for deportation much like 90% of the agencies in the country do...Ask yourself the reason why blue cities/states refuse to do this....therein lies your answer....again Occam's Razor here

That’s where you and I are going to agree. Law enforcement should absolutely be held to the same standards as any other citizen.
I’d argue that regular law enforcement is a way bigger problem than I’ve ever thought about being.

But that’s a whole different issue.

These fed clowns are going around using civil authority, not criminal, to arrest and force entry into homes too. That’s patently ridiculous. And in one of the hot cases being discussed they got the wrong!

Local and state indeed have more interactions and need to answer for any unwarranted aggression on the people. But they aren’t acting in these ICE civil warrants they have no authority to do so

No it’s more basic than that. Neither of those two people on the wanted posters had the same name. The ICE clowns were just flat out wrong.
