It’s not like they walked up and sprayed someone in cuffs. We can argue what it means to be subdued but had he not been resisting arrest then he doesn’t get sprayed.

Furthermore if he’s protecting a politician instead of trying to interfere with law enforcement he doesn’t get arrested and might actually have a chance at effecting a change in the law.

Wow this is crazy. In this case they don’t even have their limited civil authority granted by their executive branch judges.
