If you’d bother to read the article you’ll see the mother agreed to have her attorney have temporary guardianship for the purpose of getting the child released from DHS into her custody because the mother was (rightly) in fear of the DHS officials.

Again more illegals have been arrested and deported by ICE in texas than any other state by far.

Their local officals and agencies also cooperate with ICE

Never happened? You might want to educate yourself on the facts, the son himself admitted that to the media

As for this story:
DHS alleged that the father refused to open his door or lower his window and said agents “attempted to give the child to the mother who was in the area, but she refused”. “DHS law enforcement took care of the child who the mother would not take,” the statement said.

They’ve been in Texas for almost a year.

Red and blue states has no influence with the decision of deployment. The lack of cooperation from local and state officials contributed to this hostility and chaotic mess.

No he didn’t liar. The son stated a cousin’s boyfriend had the same last name as the sex offender. If you’d actually read the article you would have known that it’s stated clearly. DHS wouldn’t even acknowledge that they would not provide a comment after it was pointed out that their contention that the accused lived at the residence with two sex offenders was patently wrong as the accused had lived at the residence with his wife, son, and daughter in law. 🤡

And for this case DHS didn’t even have a weak ass order of removal to act on and thus had no basis to even approach the individual in the first place. 🤡🤡

When you get on here showing a video of that are using protesters using pepper spray at Ice and throwing rocks condemning them I can understand your point a little. It’s beyond time for the WH to come out and turn down the temperature however if history is our guide they will double down on their methods and things could easily blow up. This might have even been warranted we simply don’t know yet. But that is going to quickly get lost in the response of the people there.
