Too much ice

Nonsense.

They hate ice to the degree that it has become a misused arm of trumpism.

trump is the poison.
Not following the law & having the mindset of doing whatever you want to
in this country bc you hate Trump & thinking you'll get away w/it is the poison.
Those days are long gone sparky. You have a new Sheriff in town of Law & Order.

Does the rest of this video exist?

Tangential: you saw her getting passed by multiple cars and waving people by and concluded that she was blocking traffic as part of a non-peaceful protest?

Having to navigate around a parked car in an active street / roadway is not “passing by”….

You just can’t decide to turn your car sideways in the middle of an active street and park with it being legal. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/2014/2014-10-08 08:38:49+00:00/cite/169.15/pdf

You can pass cars that parked on the side of the road.

When you have to go around or change direction, it’s because of obstruction.

It’s really not that complicated.

You can’t just go do that and tell the cops “oh it’s no big deal, I’m waving people around me”…..

And she made it crystal clear her car wasn’t broken down or inoperable.

You tell me.

Really, I want you to tell me, because I have a follow up.

That's weird. You sounded so assured. Seems pretty important to the concept of judging all of the should-a-would-a-could-a. It's what the courts will care about.

I'd estimate probably less than a second of actual decision-time? Your follow-up now?

Wild that it takes that much explanation for a simple “yes” when it’s not that complicated.

Didn’t you also have a post earlier about how it was hard for people to be taken seriously when they wanted others to disbelieve what their eyes could see?

Now you're just making stuff up. She did back up then turned the wheels hard right ,not straight ahead. Ross watched her turn the wheel to leave the area. She was murdered. And this poop needs to stop. Killing Americans is not a duty of ice. And you can rest assured there will be pushback.
Lol you have been making stuff up the whole time. American wouldn’t of got killed if she wasn’t part of a Anti ICE group then tried driving a car into a ICE agent

You are not a peaceful protestor if you are breaking laws to do so. It is pretty simple.

Where has any video been shown or shared that doesn’t validate the claims she was obstructing traffic by parking in the middle of an active street aka breaking the law?

It may shock you but there are countless videos of people illegally trying to block active streets and people try to go around them. Just because people manage to get around people trying to shutdown a road, that doesn’t mean the folks trying to shutdown traffic aren’t breaking the law.

Once again, my statement remains very true and that she was using her vehicle to break state and local traffic laws while also impeding legal federal operations. There is no video that disputes that position.

Witness and fellow protestor that day confirmed it and that she had been following them around doing it all day.

We don’t have video from their all day actions but we do have it the minutes leading up to the shooting. And that indisputable video shows her parking sideways in the middle of the street. That is against the law as I cited.

You can try to play gotcha with me but there isn’t anything inconsistent with what I’ve said.

Her waving people around her car purposely parked in the road to block traffic doesn’t make her breaking the law there any less a thing.

I'm not arguing with you. I was supporting the point.

Interesting. Never understood the whole needing to own a gun thing.
May I suggest you read a historical account of Cuba and/or Venezuela to see why we 'need' to own guns. If you cannot connect those dots, don't worry, you will be very useful to a tyrannical government right up to the point where they shoot you in the back of the head.

The video you posted showed her waiving people by, including ICE agents, and being easily passed by multiple cars. So yes, it’s inconsistent with her even trying to block or obstruct traffic.

Blocking a roadway is generally a low level misdemeanor and it is behavior that wouldn’t be a big deal in any court in America. Any law enforcement officer or prosecutor making this big of a deal about somebody illegally parked but waiving people by would be reassigned or let go (and laughed about for a long time afterwards).

Guessing you don’t know whether the rest of the video exists?

So how fast was the car moving at that point? (less than one second....from a stop......on ice)

???????????????
You can most certainly peacefully break the law.
