Now you're just making stuff up. She did back up then turned the wheels hard right ,not straight ahead. Ross watched her turn the wheel to leave the area. She was murdered. And this poop needs to stop. Killing Americans is not a duty of ice. And you can rest assured there will be pushback.

To bad ICE is not part of the DOJ. They are part of Homeland Security. So did you do all that research not knowing ICE is part of Homeland Security

According to the DHS policy, officers "may use deadly force only when the LEO [law enforcement officer] has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury to the LEO or to another person."

In addition, DHS guidelines for fleeing subjects says, "Deadly force shall not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing subject. However, deadly force is authorized to prevent the escape of the fleeing subject where the LEO has a reasonable belief that the subject poses a significant threat of death or serious physical harm to the LEO or others and such force is necessary to prevent escape."

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, we have uncovered a sure enough, legitimate psychic that is willing to testify under oath that the defendant positioned himself in front of the SUV and started recording it on his phone because he hoped she would jeopardize his life and allow him to try to shoot her before she killed him with her SUV.

Further, ladies and gentlemen of the jury. Let me direct your attention to this DoJ policy concerning what this... What? He's not part of the DoJ?

Oh. I knew that. Nevermind.

But let me remind you, ladies and gentlemen of the jury. We have a sure enough psychic who will tell us his motives. he'll answer "why?!"

Why did he stray in front of that dangerous vehicle instead of assuming that the deceased may be a homicidal maniac that would would try to murder him with her vehicle? Because he is the homicidal maniac! We can't find this shooting justified after she accelerated the SUV at him from close range, and he instinctively treated her as though she was a homicidal maniac that was trying to murder him with the vehicle.

It's open and shut, really.
