K town blows him out of the water. He tried arguing that the officer shot not while in front but rather only when beside of the car, that he pulled his gun out before she moved forward, and that she wasn’t there to protest ice.

I personally do not know why they were removing her from the car. I assume they were going to arrest her for whatever statute they’ve been using against protestors, because she was blocking the street but that’s just based on their demeanor and the position of her vehicle.

I think it likely doesn’t matter at this point in terms of legal justification.
