Too much ice

Yea it's actually MY country and I have made positive contributions to my communities and society for my entire adult life, not just with paying actual taxes, but serving my communities to keep them safe. Also produced three productive children who will also be great US citizens. Not a net loss of someone who contributes absolutely nothing, that his own family couldn't even take care of, a criminal, that is just a general waste of space here.

And I read it in an article which is why he was in jail in the first place (because even his family let him wander around even though he was "blind")

He was around a multitude of businesses that were open, he was alive for FIVE DAYS after ICE dropped him off so they did nothing wrong here. He would've been walking home from jail if they hadn't had a retainer to pick him up. This is grasping at straws over something that is done literally every day in this country
Uh huh, I'm sure you're a real credit to your clan. I'm surprised you know so much about the dead refugee. What are your sources for his worth as a human being and also the 'he attacked police' song and dance? So you got nothing about the CBP spokesman getting caught lying other than bluster, ok.

LOL I read everything I could find about the situation, and I also am very familiar with how jail release, hospital release, "rides close to home" and things are done. Every city/county, every day.

So yes I do utilize some common sense logic as well, but the fact remains everything I said was factual.

He was in jail for trespassing and assaulting two officers. He was given a retainer for ICE by the local sheriff dept who contacted them at his release. ICE came and picked him up and realized the retainer was a mistake so they dropped him off near his last known address (as his "family" had no current number and new address) in a downtown area with plenty of businesses....they fulfilled everything they needed or had to do, and did nothing wrong.

What this guy did from there for the next 5 days doesn't matter and is inconsequential, he's an adult.

And as for your personal shots at me, I have helped save and protect hundreds of lives, and you fall on the other side of those people and the actual law, so I will always take that as compliment from you.

I go back and forth on this. I look at a deportation order like probation/parole, if you’re on probation/parole LE doesn’t need a warrant to walk into wherever you’re at and haul you in. It’s definitely a grey area.
Oh BS. Inflating a civil matter to criminal probation/parole is ludicrous cmon you’re smarter than this. You want some asshat overzealous Rambo kicking down your door to drag you in for a parking ticket? 🤦‍♂️

Sigh....the 4th Amendment wasn't ignored....they entered with consent of the apartment owner AND the building manager
Ok look you need to go back and reread the exchange you inserted yourself into Ricky. I was replying to hog on his general stance of equating these civil orders (yes, they are civil!) to criminal probation/parole. So yes *sigh* indeed!

It's fine, but the actual authority still is legal and exists. just because you disagree with it doesn't make it so

Police are allowed to give $50-5000 parking tickets on private property (handicapped, fire lane, no parking zones, etc.) too and people will argue those tickets more than getting arrested for murder, and hate getting them, but they still exist, even if they think it's a "minor" issue

No ICE doesnt have authority to enter without an actual judiciary warrant on their overly inflated civil orders in the general case. And parking tickets are absolutely a civil matter too! Go find another hill to die on I haven’t offered a single comment about the arrested individual

That's what my question is about. How was she in student housing without being a student?
What happened to this? She got here in 2016, and DHS claims the Obama admin revoked her student visa within her first month or two after getting here, but she's still been doing everything a student does ever since? Seems like DHS is lying again

He is a walking copy/paste of whatever DHS's statements say

"the government is definitely lying no matter what, but I believe any illegal or criminal or protestor IMMEDIATELY, even if facts show otherwise" - Nash

The Department of Homeland Security said Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Aghayeva and said her student visa had been terminated in 2016 “for failing to attend classes.”

Guess we will see the truth soon, it could easily be disproven by MSM if the order from 2016 didn't exist

Having to make up quotes because you're mad that I'm correct about you just copy/pasting whatever DHS says, which you did again in this post

Do you have evidence DHS is lying? or are you just assuming because of your political beliefs?
They lie about everything and ther claim - that she got here in summer 2016, had her visa revoked by fall 2016 and continued to be a student for 10 years - makes absolutely no sense. Got anything to back up what they said or you just believe it because they said so?

"They lie about everything"

It makes perfect sense, she got a student visa in 2016, didn't attend classes for a semester, so Obama DHS revoked her student visa....she dated a dude and got married and separated a bit, then went back to school and took classes for a DECADE (maybe 1-2 classes a semester at most).

Doesn't mean it's a lie, it's actually quite obvious that is what happened...and why she still is in school.

It would be really easy to disprove for ANY reporter, can't wait to see someone do it IF it was a lie!

Just like your initial lie about the blind guy who actually wasn't blind...when the facts come out, they always win
