Agree but a sidebar here; so to be clear there were at least 10 shots fired with only 3 hitting him? I'm inclined to believe the "in the back" part was demarcated for effect and other shots also hit the target. If not and we're really talking about 7 or so outright misses from that range then somebody probably needs to have their carry status revoked.
