The problem is that they are disproportionately targeting Minnesota due to non-cooperation, and it's inherently destabilizing. (~10% of their force deployed to Minnesota "Operation Metro Surge").

If there are no illegals there than there isn't anything to be worried about, there isn't anything destabilizing about it. You could send in 10,000 ICE agents to my county and nobody would care.

Portland is same as Minneapolis, more or less. Not a huge city. Not a ton of illegals. But boy do they hate Trump. Somali fraud definitely encouraged this, but MN was already high up the list.

I don't think you have to worry about frames. The ICE officer that shot and killed him will be in prison. I support ICE but this was a hasty, terrible choice.
