Too much ice

So now you are making points for my system.
Works great in the medical system.
You miss the point...you take away QI those officers can be sued civilly for ANY action, whether it's deemed legal or not..

I pull over Karen for going 75 in a 55, and I write her a ticket for speeding, her lawyer sues me directly not because I did anything wrong or illegal or unconstitutional, but because me pulling her over kept her from making a job interview so she is suing me personally for 175k or what her salary would've been. The threshold for civil suits are much lower than other suits, so my options are:

- Agree to drop the ticket and never pull her over again
- Use 20k$ of my money to defend myself in court and hope it gets dismissed
- Use 20k$ of my money and some lunatic judge or jury feels bad for her so now put on another $200k

This would happen with EVERY SINGLE arrest or ticket by any LEO in any situation, because there is no penalty to try it by defendants and lawyers

Here's the bottom line with the 2A frauds...the line that we 2a people have always given people is somewhere in the ballpark of

The feds should not be able to walk down our streets and assault our women right in front of us without fear that one of the many officers of the peace there won't hesitate to show force.

I don’t know that I have seen the answers to these questions.

Are you asking rhetorically, or have I just missed something? Those seem like pretty important questions.
Ya think? I usually don't comment on these things until there is more investigation details, but I am feeling rather salty today. So I'm having a little fun with it. And fwiw, they are rhetorical at this point, but they are crucial to getting to the truth. But I guess he was 'executed' or so say the left, so.....

There’s videos from multiple angles show an agent pull his gun out of his waistband. So no he didn’t disband and fire it

I’ve seen several videos, if you have a link to one of him attacking the officers I’ll gladly eat crow.
Do you think all the video is out? Have we heard what the guy said to the officer when he was resisting arrest? Again I will withhold judgement until all the facts are out. You however have already formed an opinion without all the facts and will alter facts as they come out to fit your opinion.

The press conference with law enforcement said it was a defensive shot and the officer feared for his and his fellow officers safety. Guess we will have to wait and see.

So the only point you were making is that he had a legal right to carry? That's it? If so, I apologize, but I am not sure what the point of that point is.
It’s pretty clear what the point was if you read. He made a comparison to rittenhouse. This guy was within in his rights and ICE has no jurisdiction over him. What’s hard to understand?

Thanks. I just wasn’t sure if I missed something. 👍🏾

Things develop quickly.
