I wonder what the actual stated line for X action would be? Obviously it can't be "Well, I guess he resisted arrest to the point we're just going to let him go." so...what? Is getting a serious face full of pepper spray worse than dislocating his shoulders and/or kicking his head in til unconsciousness? He was definitely, uh, agitated. First guy deserved it. Guy underneath two cops resisting arrest… maybe a bit much.
Lib v Conservative locations. In Nashville you get light sentences. In rural Tennessee you get what your experience wasHaving 6 kids I'm not sure she did do time. If she did it couldn't have been very long. I don't know the particulars but I would think someone found guilty of a murder robbery plot would do much more than a few years.
In fact I grew up with a few guys that did this very thing and were found guilty. They each did anywhere between 10 and 20 years.
And to be fair, you can’t treat every arrest interaction like an NFL replay review. Once people start fighting, things get foggy.I wonder what the actual stated line for X action would be? When one is under arrest force is going to escalate until such time as that person is subdued. That's how it works. Now people argue, with good reason, that a zero to 100 approach isn't really the best way to go about it but to just keep fighting back in that scenario simply isn't going to work out either.
I'd offer N, Korea, N Vietnam, China, Cuba, USSR as post-WWII communist states more pure than the WWII Axis. Cuba maybe the lesser of that group. Cambodia would have fell in there pretty close for a while.Just as there's never been a pure communist state in modern times, there's never been a pure fascist one. The Axis in WWII were as close as there has been.
