Too much ice

Once again when the country was 1st founded. Dont believe there was a constitution from the get go correct
When the country was first founded most of those state constitutions didn't exist either, you're never going to be able to make them important lol. As several have pointed out, the Founders were very clear about this

For the government to follow the Constitution.
There has been plenty of calls to action/violence in these protests. There's also several explicit videos of mob violence on individual's as well.
Under Supreme Court precedent, speech can only be punished if it is
Intended to cause imminent lawless action
Likely to cause imminent lawless action
Check & Check

Impeding an ICE operations

This is more straightforward legally.
If a person is
• Physically blocking officers or vehicles
• Interfering with arrests or detentions
• Refusing lawful dispersal orders
• Acting as a lookout or coordinating interference
Then yes, that can be an arrestable offense under federal or state obstruction laws.

Remember when we used to joke about a "lemme see your papers" type of federal government that was coming?

You used to joke about it. Some of us told you it was the next step after, “ Show me your vax card,” but you didn’t listen to us.

Now do you want to know why we won’t give up our guns? Well, those of us who didn’t lose them to the floods during Helene, of course.,

We aren't talking about people actively obstructing legitimate operations, though ICE still has to follow the Constitution regardless. There have been plenty of instances of ICE violating the Constitution of peaceful protesters on adaily basis in Minnesota.

This is what the "willing suspension of disbelief" looks like when it occurs in real time.

Peacefully and unobstructive, I agree with that.
I guess I missed those keywords in the discussion. My bad.

I was critical of Ashli Babbitt for engaging in risky behavior. Risky behavior that subsequently got her shot by a jumpy cop.

My assessment of Renee Good’s behavior would be similar. The outcome certainly was.
Storming the Capitol building in an attempt to stop the certification of an election with a crowd that was chanting "hang Mike pence", and had assaulted numerous police officers in the proces, is just "risky behavior"?

Yes, inherently risky behavior. Engaging in a riotous activity usually is.

After getting stabbed and beaten by anti-racist whites and then saved by a black man, will Lang change his nazi stripes? Looks like a man that might have been scared straight.

There's no need for it. There is no need for ICE to be going door to door asking for papers in Minnesota if all places. Except for the won't play ball with Trump.

Everyone that paid the government extra money for "Don't Tread on Me" tags...THIS is the treading! Wake tf up

So if you’re local mayor/chief of police/sheriff decides there’s no reason to enforce the DUI laws you’re good?
