They seemed very restrained from what I saw, and their actions abided by the law from what I can tell. "I don't like them or the laws" != undertrained or incompetent.

The agent in question held his cool while being cursed and taunted. He calmly followed the guy while telling him he wanted to talk to him. As soon as the guy turned to flee, he had reasonable suspicion to detain him (if not before).

You conveniently ignored my AI posts that indicate that they can detain people for questioning based on things like race, accent, etc. If you have other, more solid information per how the agents broke law or policy, I'm open to it and will rethink my position.

why didn't she just stop and get out of the car and all of this would've been avoided? I don't, maybe just make the responsible decision and comply.

No she doesn't. He clearly stretches out and put his left hand (the one holding the phone) on the side of her hood as she passes by completely missing his entire body.

But we agree. Grand jury should decide.
