Too much ice

No prob. Valid question. But in that instant as positions are shifting, how do you judge changing positions in an instant of time verses continuation of an action. Fine line and a tough call. We're not talking a sniper that took her out. We're talking the agent who was clearly in contact with the front of the vehicle making a decision.
Are you saying that he may have still perceived himself to be in the path of the vehicle when he took the follow up shots ? The answer to that question is what I’m basing my judgment off of

It must be painful for you seeing Trump's foreign policy successes (hint: that's plural not singular). All Americans should celebrate this given this is a very dangerous world. They are too numerous and many are well documented. Some may or may not happen like this Venezuelan situation but we just also took out a big Cuban oil resource along with enforcing the Monroe/Donroe Doctrine. The world still remains a tender box but it is clear Trump is considered a strong leader to the world and respected. Another hint, respect amd liked are two different things.

Instead you respond like an emotional jilted teenage girl on the rag who wrote Justin Bieber and he didn't respond. The fact that you spend an endless amount of time on the board says you're either unemployed or ripping off your employer. I suspect you're an old neo-liberal with dreams of grandeur that you would live long enough to see the your American Bolshevik Revolution happen. Admittedly with mass illegal immigration, the state media, control of education, Hollywood, true believer demagogue activists have a lot of reason to think anarchy, fascism, and socialism is reasonably achievable. Like China and terrorists, progressives think long-term if you guys can just continue to gain an inch but take a foot.
Confirmed, bad acid.

There's a reason they have to doctor the hell out of each clip and then immediately cut it off to try to make their point, and you still fall for it every single time
There's no discrepancy in the closeup verses the actual. you'll see the same in this case. The original is pages back if you care to look and compare.

No. I'm saying when your tap, tap, tap in a matter of seconds in close quarters, you may or may not consciously know of your current position or number of rounds fired till after the fact. I just think it's thin to decide that for the agent after fact from afar.

This is the way this thread seems to be running:

Convervatives: "She did not deserve to die, but she contributed to the circumstances leading to her death. It was not murder. The ICE agent was justified because the circumstances gave him the right to self-defense."

Leftists: "It was murder! Murder! She was as pure as the wind-driven snow and had nothing to do with the protests or interfering with ICE. Did we mention she was murdered?"
Like Saint Ashli Babbitt ? Who was peacefully asking permission to enter capital building?accompanied with a couple hundred friends?
Whose family was paid 5mil for her murder murder murder?

They're so dangerous that Border Patrol shot them and just left the scene, and then they voluntarily called the cops themselves
They rammed Federal vehicles that's when they were shot. They managed to get away. The suspects then called 911.
When found the suspect vehicle was missing it's front end from damage made during the getaway.

I understand your position. I think we disagree. From what I’ve seen I think he should have known but I would really like to see the body cam footage that would probably give us the most definitive answer to what his perspective was.

Do you think she deserved to die if she was there protesting/agitating/interfering?
Literally everyone keeps saying she did not deserve to die. Even if she had been there playing with rattlesnakes in the middle of the street, she didn't deserve to die if one bit her. Everyone's point is if you're going to play with rattlesnakes, you have a greater chance of dying. Now if she throws a rattlesnake at me, I would probably change my mind about her just rewards.

It’s not my “position” it’s science regarding “action vs reaction”. Cases involving this have been argued since forever. Reaction is slower than action, how much slower depends on several factors.

The lands they conquered from neighboring tribes? Yeah, I’m sure they had a written and signed treaty after they slaughtered, raped, and enslaved them.
I'm no NA expert, but it was my understanding that they had no real concept of land ownership. It would have been an equivalent absurdity to the concept of owning the stars, sun or ocean.
