I’m not a lawyer and I think the NCAA is a joke of an organization. Cade may have some compelling reasons unknown to the public to justify this transfer as his lawyer is proclaiming. But from my perspective, having a parent in a legit personal injury lawsuit against the university / athletic department where an athlete plays strikes me as reason enough to transfer. Any competent attorney ought to be able to make a case on that alone.
