The kids didn't defy authority.... The principal told them that their voice had been heard and they all went back to class.
And the principle is a dingleberry so I couldn't give a s**t less he says. He thinks sending a juiced-up, moron to body slam one of his students is how to appropriately handle a situation. A student who lost her mother, followed by her grandmother, then put in foster care and schools changed. Reports are she was quiet and kept to herself and struggling with depression. And that idiot thinks sending Officer Slam is best way to handle her.
Psychic powers are now required? Lol. You're way, way out there. If none of that supposedly happened in her life would your opinion on the subject change? If not you brought up a worthless point.

No my opinion would not change. That officer initiated violence against a non-violent teen.
I just like to point it all out cause it really shows what a total douchbag you have to be to take the cop's side here.
Also the "hundreds of kids" garbage people are throwing around regarding the stupid ass walkout is a fantasy. There were between 95-100 kids. There's 2200 students at that school. That's less than 5%.
I talked about it bc it was good seeing the white and black kids doing something together when so many want to make a racial divide out of everything.... The cop lost his job and a way to support his family.... What more do you want? Tar and feathered, hung in center square.... White House trip for the girl.... My daughter had her phone confiscated at her school.... It's pretty common practice and not that big of a deal.... The kids in the classes that participated did it as a group.... The principal dealt with them as a group and they all put their phones up and went back to class.
