Sure, after walking around THE POLICE DEPARTMENT looking for help and receiving none.

Someone there surely had video as well, we need audio of what the guy was saying.

WTF does the meth or coke have to do with anything?

The guy had a knee on his neck and they had already had the cuffs on him.

You people will defend cops when there is video evidence of murder...

He was obviously tweaking which is why when he first entered the police station every one on the bench bailed out....coke and meth can contribute greatly to the guy dying....an autopsy will show if the cops actions caused his death.....if part of the autopsy is missing like the family claims then that is BS and a federal investigation needs to be launched? Why is the cop story the only one that you have questioned the validity of claims?

Was it worthy of him getting choked the f*** out? He wasn't violent or armed... he was obviously in a delirious state, but nobody in that building felt he deserved to get the Bum's Rush from the cops.

That came from the family that claimed a doctor said they was missing....if they are missing then I agree that is BS and needs a federal investigation. List guys that have died from being choked out by cops and the ones that have died from drug use and see which one is more?

Wait, you mean guys in police custody that have died from drug use or just everyday civilians? There is a distinction that I'm making. This guy was in police custody and died. Lets just focus on the apples to apples comparison for a moment.

It's really not that hard to come to conclusion.....if the cop shut off his windpipe then it's the cops fault.....if the years of drug use and current drug use caused his systems to shut down then it is solely the meth heads fault.....I will blame the person responsible after the autopsy from the coroner and family is completed.

Why would his systems shut down at that particular moment? What would have been the catalyst for that to happen?

When you guys see the don't drink and drive commercials during the Vols games..... The ones where the cops are chameleon-like watching the drunks laugh and stagger to their car....do you envision the cops jumping out and beating the living hell out of them?

My four year old son plays with a toy gun.....tells me to put up my hands.....waits till they are up and goes bam bam bam......he will make a fine cop one day.
