How often does the boss have a gun and a plausible reason for fondling the subordinate worker?

It's not the same, dude. It isn't even in the same ballpark.

The guy didnt use a gun and the supervisor was the one that busted him....Bosses use their power all the time to get female employees to let them do sexual things with them. Its not strictly a cop thing....

You are completely clueless. Having a gun and handcuffs on your hip while trying to influence someone into a sexual encounter is not the same as a boss trying to influence his subordinates. And what about the fondling part? What happens if a woman slaps the sh¡t out of her boss for fondling her? She gets out of a bad situation and might win a huge settlement in court? What happens if a woman slaps the sh¡t out of a cop that's fondling her? She gets tased and thrown in the slammer as a best case scenario. She might just end up riddled with bullet holes. Just accept that these two situations are drastically different and you can save a little face.

Save face? You do realize this is just a message board don't you? You took a very big leap there.....now the cop is riddling her body with bullets? All I have seen evidence of is an idiot that traded sex for letting someone out of tickets....he was found out by his supervisor, investigated, and terminated.....it's what is suppose to happen.

I had no idea this was a message board. I always thought I was just sending emails to my grandmother. Learn something new every day.

I know you wouldn't have turned the cop down for sexual favors whether he had a gun or not, but just pretend for a second that you're a normal female that is being propositioned by a police officer with a gun. He doesn't have to pull the gun out and shove it into your temple for you to know that it is there. You know, because he is a cop, that he has a gun. Now, everything you do from that point on is influenced by the knowledge that the man asking the favors has a gun. You might be a little more inclined to do something that you would never otherwise do simply because the man has a gun. Are you getting this? I think it would be easier to convey this point to a special needs child than to try to get you to comprehend something so plainly obvious.

It all boils down to the way cops are trained these days. Cops are basically being trained like they are in the military. It makes no sense at all to train civilian peace officers like they are about to deploy in a hostel foreign country. They job is to protect and serve their community. These days lots of cops literally treat people they encounter as a possible enemy threat and disrespect or disorderly conduct no matter how minor is to be met with overwhelming and brutal force.

Of course the vast majority of cops are decent people and no matter what you do there will always be bad eggs. What has to be changed is how police are trained. They are peace officers not solders.

I couldnt have said it better ---

Come on Sam, you know exactly the point he was making. Is it exactly the same? No, but his point is valid. Pressure from superiors to do something against someones will happens in alot of professions. Thats all he was saying. A judge would have similar power as the cop in this case. Just because Beast typically takes one side in this thread and you take the other doesn't make his point hard to understand.

If you guys are talking about the cop in the video I thought I heard one of the girls in the car suggest they were willing as in it was their idea.. Early in the video..... I could be mistaken. ..... maybe he had already offered them the deal

Regarding the cop and the two girls. I'm gonna, probably to you guy's surprise, give the classic Volbeast response and say that there's simply not enough in the video to even tell what the hell is going on.

Videos like that just piss me off. They don't really tell us anything.

Btw. I find it laughable that you'll question the author, but never the state.

I do question the state when I feel there is a reason too....I obviously don't side with the criminals though....every thing from the author seemed extremely odd the way it was put together.

Otoh, you look to blame the officer for getting pistol whipped.

He deserves blame... not for getting pistol whipped, but for afterwards claiming that he was sucker punched (which would indicate that he wasn't aware the attack was coming) but then on the other hand saying that he restrained himself from shooting (which indicates that he saw the attacker approaching... and also indicates that pulling a gun is Option #1, not using a less lethal method).

He should have sent the thug beating the hell out of him flowers imo
