Huff made a great point in the thread about the African lion that was killed by the poacher. That guy has basically had his life ruined for his action. That is social ostracism in action.That is how a free market will work.

Who works on the arbitration and in the courts? Who decides who works there? And how are they paid? I feel like we've done this once or twice and each time it turns out to be the same system we already have.
The video I posted above does a pretty good job of explaining it.
Big difference between the system we have now, which forms a triad against the accused, with the judge, cop, and prosecutor, all working for the state.
A private arbitrator is only selling his opinion and has no interest in the outcome, as his livelihood depends upon it.
