As a liberal, I proclaim you incredibly unrealistic.

As in, you should stop now, before people who have been on Earth more than 18 years, explain why are wrong, at every level. Forever.

There's some fancy editing in two places of the released video. The audio is continuous, but a passing white car vanishes and more video is missing when the tow truck driver walks up.

A person may not wilfully fail or refuse to comply with a lawful order or direction of:
(1) a police officer; or
(2) a school crossing guard who:
(A) is performing crossing guard duties in a school crosswalk to stop and yield to a pedestrian; or
(B) has been trained under Section 600.004 and is directing traffic in a school crossing zone.

There are no laws that require an officer to order alleged violators to extinguish a cigarette in their car during a traffic stop. Thus, if the officer is using that disobedience as grounds to ask her out of her car, he is wrong. It may not be unlawful, but it is bad police work.

Additionally, since when is it OK for an officer to reach into someone's car, point a tazer at them, and threaten them with the phrase "I will light you up!"?

Yet another thing he did wrong was to pull her off camera for the remainder of the interaction. May not be illegal, but is another example of bad police work. For his protection and hers, the police should desire to document everything possible via video. Any blatant attempts to circumvent the video documentation by either party should immediately raise red flags.

No. The initially released video had some problems in the original upload. They fixed that and have since released it without those glitches.

Your post is a good example of what I'm talking about. Jumping to conclusions without the facts.

Frankly all this Monday morning quarterbacking of a traffic stop where the angry black woman™ gave the cop attitude is lame. Anyone stupid enough to tell a cop "no" after being asked to get out of the car and after repeated warnings of the consequences gets what they deserve.

Always comply with cops orders, you'll have your day in court if the cop is wrong.

This LEO didn't kill her, so why is the circumstances around the stop even being talked about?

A skilled professional would have recognized she was agitated and worked to ease the situation. He would have politely allowed her to finish her smoke and then issued the citation. He could have said words to the effect "Ma'am, I can see you are upset. Why don't you finish your cigarette and then we can get this done and you can go on your way?"

In other words, take the high road and don't play into her emotions.

We have to do this all the time in the Corporate Security world because we have no actual authority to arrest or even detain anyone. Consequently, we can't let something grow beyond our ability to control it with our words. So we practice deescalation, because allowing a situation to escalate will get us fired or dead.

And now it is coming out that the woman had tried to commit suicide before, was making comments about depression, and had marijuana in her system.

The family is just not acknowledging this.
