The citizens are dying out here, sir. I'm all for holding people accountable (that commit REAL crimes). But you have situations out here where citizens are dying over busted tail lights, selling loose cigarettes, improper lane changes, eyeballing the police, running from the police when they didn't have any charges, and reefer possession.

Listen. No one is going to disagree with allot of these situations. Particularly the Charleston incident. That was just a filthy murderer in uniform. But you and others make yourselves out to look like fools when you post videos and stories of cops not taking legal force and portraying them to be good ol boy kkk members. When it's not even remotely the truth. The story you are taking about now is a prime example. All she had to do was take her warning and go on.... But no.. She had to show her ass instead.

He resisted which made the cops take him to the ground....if he had talked to the cops, moved on, taken his citation then he would be alive today....he had been warned multiple times....the guy was an idiot.

Did you even see the video? He was talking to one of the cops when another snuck behind him and put a choke hold on him.

So cops have the right to kill dumb people ?

No but dumb people cause their own deaths.....this woman killed HERSELF....Eric garner died bc his body couldn't handle minor physical activity... The guy in NC was murder but each situation is different and just bc an idiot dies does not make it automatically the cops fault.

Yeah I watched it.... He was backing away saying F U cops... One cop tried putting him in cuffs and he kept resisting and they jumped him and threw him to the ground....I'm guessing pretty please wasnt working

A 200 lb cop with his body weight pulling on your larynx is a minor physical activity?

Dead men can't talk. So all the evidence they can provide is the fact that they died in police custody.

When u start showing me videos of someone being pulled over by the police, cooperating, and the cops being the ones to escalate the situation....I might agree with you but I feel that these perps should have to act the same as anyone else when they have broken the law.

In the end, was it worth it for all involved? Eric Garner died and the city of New York just paid a settlement.

Cops don't have to make an arrest every time some silly violation or ordinance is broken. They could have very easily just told Garner to go home.

And you clowns wonder why the jails are overcrowding and we are spending tax dollars on housing prisoners when we are locking up every petty weed dealer, cigarette seller, minor traffic violator, man behind on child support, and homeless beggar we find.

You really are blind aren't you?

The point that she kicked him acting like an idiot gets lost in all this. Anyone on the cop hating side of the fence just will not admit that's what caused it.

So if she was just getting a warning how did her legs get out of the car? A lane violation for you and I equals a conversation. Our Black citizens expect to get dragged from their car, put face down in the dirt and arrested. The lady had just started a new job so I'm sure this arrest got her fired, so even had she survived jail her life was wrecked. But yeah, it is all her fault.

I'm not a cop hater but neither do I hate Black people

The cop was trying to get Garner to move along and he wasn't complying....he was saying F U Cop....why u messing with me? The facts are you can't sell loosies in front of a business and if you owned that business then you would have called the cops also. He could have went back to his neighborhood and sold them to neighbors and family but he didn't do that.

It's no different then my main addiction is diet Mountain Dew.....I get six pack bottles all the time for five for ten dollars at food city all the time....they sell cold diet dews for around 1.68 a bottle....if I went out in front of their store selling cold individual diet mountain dews for 60 cents....what do you think Food City would do?

Sounds like they are describing asphyxiation without calling it asphyxiation... possibly a tactic to protect themselves in civil court.

So now you are calling the forensics coroner a liar....which if proven by garners lawyer and his own expert would mean that guy would lose his license?

The cops are upholding the laws that elected officials put in place. If you have a problem with which laws are being broken and police are enforcing... then maybe you should be attacking the politicians instead. Cops are in the same boat as the military.. they might not agree with the politics.. but they have a job to obey orders.

The cop asked for her license and registration....she became belligerent and refused....that's when the cop asked her to get out of her car and she proceeded to kick him.

Careful.... Facts that portray cops doing their job correctly are frowned upon in here. Especially when a race other than white is involved.

They've been posted before. Fact is they have a different experience and expecting them to just act right denies the fact there are two sides to this story and a lot of history behind their actions.

That may be the case but them acting like idiots gets no sympathy from me....if they did the right thing and the cop escalated things and treated that person poorly then I would march right beside them for justice but that's not the case here.
